It’s been a few years since I’ve shopped at Nordstrom Rack. I still pop in every once in awhile however, the prices seem to have increased quite a bit. There doesn’t seem to be much of a variety like before.
Even the quality of customer service has gone down.
I gave it a 2 because it’s still a relatively nice organized store.
It used to be my go to store. Not anymore

I had to return a product that was defective that I had ordered online. The customer service was not very helpful at all. She was not willing to give all my money back I had to call the company customer service to get it back.
