I ordered for the first time and very disappointed. The sizing was way off and when I asked to return and send me a bigger size they would only offer me a 20% discount on next order. Won’t shop again since I am $60 already.

Wow.... im kind of scared now. The bad reviews are greater than the positive. Who wants that kind of a hassle. Dealing with returns or not delivered when you need the item. Ill stick to the mall. Im sad though, they have such cute dresses.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES. I ordered a dress, never received it. They told me, there was a mistake with the address so the order was returned to them. But instead of refunding my money, they took 20$ for what they claimed was return fee, restock fee and more shipping feeS. SO I never received anything but lost 20$.

Bought a shirt for $38. By their size chart I would be a large. The shirt was so large it was falling off me. Buttons broke off after I tried it on. It was final sale so I couldn't return. Will never buy anything here again. I'd rather go to ASOS where I have free shipping and returns. The clothing quality is terrible at lulus.

I appreciate the fact that their dresses are long enough for my daughters that are almost 6 feet tall. The return policy though is extremely difficult!

Lulu’s was a bit of a downer. The esthetic was there but always something wrong. A small tear, see through, not accurate to sizing.very cute branding though.

Lulus send faulty goods and they refuse to cover the cost to return them so I can reclaim customs charges (I am an international buyer) or refund the customs cost themselves, avoid at all costs.

Reply from Lulus

Hi Gareth,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! We're truly sorry that you received a defective item, and we apologize for any frustration regarding international return policies. At Lulus, we really value all of our customers and we hope to improve your experience however we can.

When you contacted our customer service team about this purchase, we did fully refund the order's cost including the shipping fee. We issued this refund without requiring a return, so that you wouldn't need to pay for return shipping. We're unable to cover the cost of return shipping fees since we have fully refunded your transaction and are unable to refund more than was paid.

As customs fees are paid to your country's respective government rather than to Lulus, the refund for those fees would be coordinated by the appropriate agency. We reached out to you directly via email on 6/21/19 to provide more information about how you can request these customs fees are refunded by the shipping courier. In the meantime, we have processed the refund for your order's cost as mentioned prior. As a gesture of apology for this experience, we've issued you a $30 USD store credit which you're welcome to apply to any future order!

We hope to improve your experience with this order, and your overall view of Lulus. We truly do want to help however we can! If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to respond to our email.

Enjoy the rest of your day! XOXO
