Horrible return policy! Ordering online takes a week (or more) to arrive leaving a short time frame to make a return (30 days from when the order is shipped). This compared to Macy's (6 months) and Eddie Bauer (1 year) is just unreasonable. The cost to ship anything is $8.95 and another $7.95 to return what are often poorly fitting clothes as their sizes are terribly inconsistent. They set free shipping at $125 encouraging large orders making returns inevitable (one pair of the same style pants may fit and another in another color won't). I find dealing with the LOFT frustrating.

Love is a good store. I bought a couple shirts from over there and they were OK but we’re at a good price. I would maybe wish they were in higher quality but besides that they’re good
