My husband bought me some things for Christmas that didn't exactly fit me, and I returned it to the store. When I went in, I had all intentions of finding a bra to fit me but was worried that they wouldn't have one in that store so I asked for a refund. She then put it on my debit card instead of giving me the cash refund which meant I am without my money and Christmas presents for a week until the money hits my account. When I asked her, she said the money would b in my account before I left the store and assured me I could still shop, even tho she just took all my money and put it on my card. This is Christmas time, the cashiers should know how the refund system works! Thank you for ruining my Christmas this year!

They fitted me for a bra that the size they fitted me was too small and now will not do anything to help fix the issue! I have sent emails back and forth with Anna in customer support and she is as useless as a needle in a haystack! I am having issues with the bra straps folding and customer service (Anna) will not do anything to help resolve this issue!! Soma will be my next choice of bras
