I love this place! This is the place to find a good bra. These bras are quality. They are worth every penny you pay. The underwear are not as good as they were 10 years ago, but they hold up for the year. I have underwear from 15 years ago that are in better shape than underwear from 2 years ago. The clothes tend to need dry cleaning no matter how gently you wash them by hand. I'm not that kinda girl. I stick to bras and underwear.

My husband bought me some things for Christmas that didn't exactly fit me, and I returned it to the store. When I went in, I had all intentions of finding a bra to fit me but was worried that they wouldn't have one in that store so I asked for a refund. She then put it on my debit card instead of giving me the cash refund which meant I am without my money and Christmas presents for a week until the money hits my account. When I asked her, she said the money would b in my account before I left the store and assured me I could still shop, even tho she just took all my money and put it on my card. This is Christmas time, the cashiers should know how the refund system works! Thank you for ruining my Christmas this year!

I just love the staff members in the actual stores. I am having an issue with their corporate office. I am currently disputing credit card issues with another retailer, but this corporate office has decided to renig on it's perks(etc).

I bought my girlfriend some sport bras from here and she was thrilled with the comfort and quality! They hold up and last way longer than most bras I've seen. The quality is very high end and feel amazing!

They fitted me for a bra that the size they fitted me was too small and now will not do anything to help fix the issue! I have sent emails back and forth with Anna in customer support and she is as useless as a needle in a haystack! I am having issues with the bra straps folding and customer service (Anna) will not do anything to help resolve this issue!! Soma will be my next choice of bras

Do I think they need to be this expensive? Not at all but they work! They are the best bras for big chested ladies. They also have great options for small sized bands but F sized cups
