We love J Crew. I shop at J Crew more for my kids than I ever have for myself. I love their kid's clothing. They are adorable and such great quality. I bought my son the cutest little navy suit there which helped him feel confident and cute on a special day. They have great customer service and I am a member of their card as well because the benefits are definitely worth it. Sometimes the prices can be a bit high and that is the only reason I can't give them 5 stars.

I love J Crew but feel it is overpriced. Jeans and pants sizing is all over the place depending on the different fits. I usually only purchase during sales. More graphic tees for women, I love them!

I enjoy J.Crew's clothes. I have been a fan for around 30 years. I love how the current line reflects the clothing they made in the late 80s and 90s--classic, and timeless. Love that my teen can dress in clothing styles I wore as a teen.

I ordered a few swimsuits from J Crew online and they were very helpful in finding me the right size I needed to wear by giving me accurate measurements on a chart and by asking me several questions about what I where in other companies clothing. They have high quality clothing and great customer service!

I’ve only shopped at J Crew a few times. Their products and style of clothing is definitely aimed at older women, so I don’t always find something I like. However the products are always good quality so you get your money’s worth.

Great place to get cute petite size clothing and also normal sizes. They have some of the cutest and softest tee and always have cute blouses. It can sometimes be pricey. They make it very easy to return items which is so nice!
