I like other things on HSN, not the clothing. Some of the brands are not quality made but they advertise it as so. The clothing there can be bought elsewhere for a better price. Had to return clothing but the customer service was efficient and no problems.

The product I ordered came in a timely manner, but I didn't like the fact that there was no free returns on items that didn't fit. Clothing should always have free returns!

They have nice stuff to choose from, but I don't like their return policy. They charge you to return items that may not fit.
