Terrible customer service. Even if you have the Reciept and items with tags attached and bags which items are shipped in, you’ll still only get store credit and not the way you paid which the receipt shows.....

Bought item on-line and I am unable to return it to a store. This is inconvenient and a really poor customer service model. Don't buy on-line from H&M. For that matter don't buy from H&M.
