Great for Chinos or sweatshirts... basically any material that feels a bit more durable. Any thinner material shirts, don't bother. They wrinkle too easy. A lot of the clothing just seems cheap quality. Good prices though. I do like the 15% discount for donating old clothes though.

This store does not have ANY maternity/nursing clothes at physical stores and they have the WORST online service and delivery EVER! Orders are always late and when the item received is damaged their response was "return the damaged one, order a new one and wait another week"... USELESS

Just like that....H&M has a very unprofessional staff (online) and nobody control them. I would like to buy in store (if I have a time) but never online!

I always go into an H&M store with high hopes...but come out with nothing. They have good prices on clothing and a lot of inventory, but I think you have to be under 25 to appreciate their shirts, pants and accessories.

I bought a Men's coat on Black Friday and tried to exchange it the very next day just for size, I was told they do not honor the sale price not even for an exact coat just a different. Very disappointing not to honor the price for an exchange of the same exact item, I will not be shopping at that store again.

On recent visit to store in Galleria Mall, one person in entire store! No one upstairs and found just one person behind cash reg. downstairs, with a line of about 15 people. Dropped my articles and left. Yes no service and apparently you could careless about thief.

Ordered online for the first time and truly regret it! Hermes, their courier company did not deliver the parcel but sent confirmation that they did. I paid for 1 day delivery and needed the product today. Totally disappointed. Not recommend

Awful customer service. My item was purchased online on the 24th of November. Expected delivery date was December 2nd or 3rd. Item was not shipped out until December 4th!!! On top of that they haven't replied to my emails! Not one! I'm never purchasing from them again, and I highly recommend that you stay away as well.

Poor customer service. Manager rude. Lines are too long and management doesn't care. Told me if i have a problem call corporate instead of opening additional register. One of the busiest shopping weekends and not staffed properly, flow is inefficient, racks are a mess and located in a high end mall. Wont shop here.
