The quality of the Brands found in Dillards are great. I have some clothing from them that were purchased over 10 years ago and still look great. Depending on the department sometimes the customer service is excellent sometimes a little lacking.

Dillards is probably one of my favorite places to shop. They have great quality clothes and if you shop sales and utilize your Dillard’s card, you can get amazing prices. They have lines and brands for every age range, style, and body type. They even have home items- which is a bonus.

Dillard's is a go to for prom dress shopping. A one stop shop for quality dresses and shoes for special occasions for me. I don't really go in there or the site for anything else because I can find it somewhere else closer to me. But I do like that I can count on finding something there when I do need it. It can be pricey but that's why I'm there for something specific.

I enjoy shopping Dillards. The Customer Service has always been top drawer in any departments that I have in mind. The staff is very well trained in what is available in their department. If it is has been in accessories, woman's apparel, house hold items. when in woman's apparel the staff is always there to help with fittings and brings to the customer other items that just may be just what the customer may need. The restrooms and dressing rooms have always been will stocked and clean. I like the fact that the items from the previous customer have been cleaned up. Items are rarely left inside the dressing rooms. racks are provided for items that are not being purchased.

I have always had great experiences shopping at Dillards. They’re always very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. If I’m looking for nicer, higher end clothes, I’m definitely going to Dillards.

Dillard’s is a great place to get prom/homecoming dresses. Their prices are pretty good, the offer free shipping, and they do alterations. Other clothing at Dillard’s is nice enough, but a little over priced in my opinion. Especially the shoes. Customer service is great and returns are easy.

I recently bought a formal dress for my Homecoming from Dillard's. The price was discounted and definitely worth it. I received many compliments. I was able to try the dress on before purchasing. Many dresses were on sale for an affordable price with lots of variety to choose from.

I like the shopping at dillards.com for my clothes. If I spend over $50 I get free shipping to my local store. I like the quality of clothes found at Dillards and can trust the company 100%. I know my grand kids sizes and its so convenient for birthday shopping and Christmas. The Sale and Clearance tab online you can find amazing deals!

I like to go into the Dillards normal stores, and I love their big and tall department. I also love a certain brand of pants that they have there and if it isn't available at the normal store, it is easy to order online and you can get the same price and also the sales price. They have good quality, large sized clothes that work for me.
