I ordered a pair of shoes for my son. When they arrived, the bottoms were dirty and they looked like they’d been worn. Also, a security tab had been attached. I called customer service. They would not send me another pair or a return label for the ones I had... but told me I had to go to the store to exchange them. What’s the point of shopping online if you have to drive 1/2 hour to the nearest store anyway?

We got some clothing from Dicks around the holidays and my husband was worried that what we got would go on sale soon. We were told that all we would have to do is bring in the receipt and they would adjust for any sale price as long as it was within the next 7 days. Well the items did go on sale on day 5 my husband went in with the receipt and they would not adjust for the sale price as were told they would. Very disappointed.

Not sure why the personnel at Dicks, regardless of location, are not helpful, mostly patronizing and sometimes downright rude. You have seek them out to ask questions and they don't seem too excited to help when a question is asked. I prefer Scheels In Utah, but I live in Seattle now and so it kind of sucks.
