I am disabled. I have been trying to get another phone but I have not had any success. Before it was stolen it was not working right. The screen did not show anything and I could only talk with the speaker on. I call Q Link and have to hold so long, then the voice says call back later, or I would be transferred and loose the call. I am (65) and disabled. A free phone is a blessing. Can you help me get a replacement phone? Thank you, Dianne L Smith

Good service an benefits an transformation of transferring of your phone number.. would recommend to others but there tablet service is not to good because you can not use it without a wifi connection so in the tablet service I would rate it at 8 thumbs down an they still charge you $10.01 without no service on it so yeah not good on the tablet part...

I like that I don't have to pay for overpriced cell service and I'm over the moon that my taxes pay for my service. But the call quality is downright awful. I've tried to find out if it's the phone I have or Qlink itself, but I can barely make or receive phone calls. I was promised it would be fixed once the towers were maintenance last year. I still can barely make or receive phone calls. I have a Nokia G20 4G LTE which is compatible for the service and receives data and texts just fine. Just the awful calling service.

They don't stand by what they say. At first they were supposed to furnish New smart phone and New sim card but when it came down to the final ending they renigged and only sent Free Sim card and I had to pay for New phone even though my phone was less than a year old but it wasn't compatible with your new system. Which I didn't think was fair since I had to pay for 2 phones in a year. It was not my fault the old phone didn't work. I shouldn't have had to pay for the new one. HJMACK

I appreciate the cell service, I would not have a cell phone any other way. And the unlimited talk, text and data is invaluable. I am very grateful for the free service. Direct communication with QLink has not been that positive. Hard to reach you and hard to get any good response from the people I have gotten by phone. Tech support is pretty bad.

I purchased a smartphone in 2020 for 112.00 then you upgraded network and i had to buy a new phone but couldn't afford to. I bought the cheapest phone for 25.00 but it won't hold a charge and is super slow. Then I was sent a tablet and told to put sim card in the tablet but the sim card in phone is to small. Your customer service takes forever to get through to someone. Very frustrating

Whatever the issue/help I may need from Customer/Technical Services, I am always directed to the Web Site for support, despite the fact that the information available may not address the problem. Repeated attempts to convey, by email messaging, that a particular issue is not addressed sufficiently to resolve it, the email response is scripted text, directing me back to the web site that, once again, is insufficient to resolve the problem.

What i like the is the way they have helped me with free phone service during the hardest times ive had in my life thus far. My dislike is not being able to get a hold of a representive to talk to to get help on past situations. Also i cant even quarter way across my county without loosing phone service, really aggravating..

Its ok but it nice you get unlimited but you have to pay full price to get a phone for your website. If your on limited income or assistance why would you make people pay for your phone instead of giving one with the service.

My experience with Q Link has been ok. It could have been much better. The first thing was out of the many people I spoke to, not one of them took the time to explain how to prepare your phone for the q Link sims card. Or anything else at that.

Delivery of startup kit was quick. It took a few phone calls to get service running and was difficult to actually talk to a live individual for customer service. I had to correct my phone number, lost my original voicemail message due to customer service not communicating and getting proper understanding of how to resolve service requested.

What i like best is not having to worry about my service every month. What i dislike is the prices of the phones and other products when there suppose to be free government items i understand charging for some items but the price is crazy

Customer service keep telling me my phone will not work any longer. I was lucky I had a old phone because all they sent me was sim card. Not even sure how long this old phone will work. Once it goes out I will not use qlink no longer for I will not have a phone no more. I guess you have to buy other phone but can't get no answers from qlink.

The customer service is good and I can talk to someone on the phone if I need to. The shipment was timely and there were no problems with my sim card. The connection when making calls is not well and always has feedback. The data even though I get data is only working in my Wi-Fi zone.

I am on the very end of the service area. It would be nice if after I go 1 mile down the road that I could still use the phone. The very few times I have delt with customer service was not good. I had a horrible time a few times and an OK time the others. As far as the equipment goes, the phones have worked well.

While qlink is a good phone company. They get people's attention with the unlimited calls text and data but it is all good but true. You are limited to a certain number of text messages per month also 32gb per month. It is not unlimited at all.

The service is actually not bad, as it works on the t-mobile network. The phone they provide is about as basic as it gets, but I mean come on people, it's FREE. My advice is to just take what you get and appreciate it. If you want something better then go out and pay for it. Me ima use the hell outta this free phone!! Thank you Qlink.

It’s ok I don’t know why we have to pay for a replacement phone because the SIM card has been updated. If the SIM card is not compatible with the phone we should get the replacement phone for free with no charge

The original phone I received was a mess, but the one I bought Nord N100 is fine. Arrived on time. The Qlink tablet is worthless. Only works on WiFI, no data. When on WiFI still slow as molasses.
