This company is good and bad. It gives you pretty quick customer service, but it wants to stop you from the amount of bandwidth you can use when you have enough.

The cell phone service is good, but the surprise charges are annoying. If you travel a lot, it gets quickly very expensive.

Never received the iPhone, but continue to receive bills. Tried to do the right thing and notify them of canceling, but after being passed around and on hold 30 minutes, I gave up!

The call center misleads customer and they try to overcharge customers for every given opportunity. For same thing you have to follow up multiple times.
