We felt like State Farm was far more costly than other insurances for the same coverage. We only used them for a few months an then switched to another company.

Mile limit of 7,500 per year. Any claim results in increased premiums. Man ran into my daughter's car in a parking lot, claimed it was my daughter's fault since she sustained injuries.

Great agents. Easy claim processing. They would get a 5th star if they would stop raising my rates every year.

Never a break with rates, had 1 accident that they paid 2300 for my car and pro used 1000 for medical which I denied cause that wouldn't cover the medication

I cancelled my policy for a better rate from a competitor. State Farm issued me a refund check in the form of a joint check (instead of just to me, the primary policy holder), made out to me and my 2 children. They refused to reissue it to just me. It's an extreme hassle trying to cash it. I will NEVER do business with State Farm again.

They messed with my bill during the pandemic and suddenly I was months behind with no explanation other than well we gave you a break that month thats why nothing was on your account to pay. To me that's crap so because of that a few times of my multi policy discount falling off I was done with them.
