People tend to have this stigma about Ebay being sketchy and as a former Amazon Prime user, I too had this same notion. I never understood why but I think it was because Amazon seemed to slowly become the standard for online shopping. However, after hearing my mother's years of Ebay purchases, I decided to give it a try. First thing you'll notice is Ebay has way more selections than Amazon and way more free shipping options. Because there are more options, you don't see as many reviews for the exotic items, but I encourage you to look at the seller reviews. I tend to only buy from those who have 98% or higher positive feedback. I understand how important reviews are and Ebay is pretty on top of it. Nine times out of ten, you will always find the prices to be way cheaper on Ebay than Amazon and you don't have to worry about reaching that $25 limit for free shipping. Now as far as customer service goes, I've had a couple of incidences where my order was incorrect. Not to worry, Ebay makes it easy to communicate with the sellers and each time I was taken care of and refunded immediately. You have to realize that these sellers depend on those reviews so they will go above and beyond to maintain their rating. I'll also add that as a consumer, you are also reviewed and can be seen by other sellers. Therefore, there is this sense of mutual respect if both parties are in good standing. Overall, I love using Ebay and have been a customer for over 3 years. Amazon is slowly becoming the giant conglomerate of all party tricks with streaming services and robots while Ebay is sticking to its roots. Thank you for being you Ebay.

I've been buying from ebay steadily since 2014, and I find everything about it to be a pleasure. I've only had three items ever arrive broken, and when you contact the seller, they have always immediately refunded me if you snap a picture of the broken item. I have found so many things that I could otherwise not find for sale, and I thoroughly enjoy the whole experience of rating sellers, buying and finding things. Many times there is a buy it now option, which I do prefer over the auction which you have to wait for it to end. Delivery varies - its usually sent by USPS, sometimes overseas parcels too. I rate it a 10 because I love ebay.

I find myself on eBay just about every time I need something. I have been able to find almost everything I've looked for at a decent price. There have been a couple of times items got lost in the mail, twice where the item I ordered didn't fit what I needed it for and the sellers have always made things right with me in a timely manner. There was only once where I had to get eBay involved to make the transaction right and they were right there with great customer service. eBay will continue to be my go to site. I've even sold a couple of items on the site and had good experiences with both.

I enjoy EBAY auctions. They are way more fun than just purchasing by clicking a tab. I’ve got my iPhone at an awesome price and still brag about that. The web site is easy to use and I feel confident my personal information is safe. I’ve had questions for individual sellers and I’ve had no issues reaching out to them or hearing back from them. Delivery has consistently been on time.

The sky is the limit when searching eBay, ranging from personal sellers to international businesses. Bidding is an art form, but when the seller accepts Best Offers, you can get some good bargains. Entering key words finds the best deals. If you receive a dud or becomes damaged in transit, eBay protects you. Alternatively, you can try AliExpress.

It all started with one auction. Great item for a low price plus the auction buzz and excitement. It was over and I was hooked. eBay provides for a safe auction experience. Tons of merchandise available and all at great low prices. eBay has corralled sellers and made a fair marketplace. I am a fan and will continue to find treasures through eBay.

Great place to sell things you're not certain of the value. You can research past sales and auction your item to the highest bidder. Fees are a little high given other options out there, but there name and visibility can be worth it.

eBay allows shoppers the ease of buying used goods with top notch customer service to assist if you have an issue with a seller or an item. Having the ability to rate sellers makes buying easy because you can see who is rated best.

Over the years, I have bid and won on everything from my comic book collection, to pedal cars for restoring for my grandkids, to antiques and even collector cars through eBay...and all with total satisfaction! Other companies should use this customer service group as the example on how to run a customer care program.

eBay's online auctions are great. They are very organized and controlled. The auctions are a good way to get things online. I love the eBay online auctions.

eBay has made it incredibly easy to make extra money on the side. Their platform allows me to easily interact with people across the world to sell my stuff to! I love eBay!
