Suggestion: furs get damaged if they get wet. Please put furs in a plastic bag before boxing. It is always raining in FL. And Fed-x is at fault too because they throw your packages on the front lawn. Too lazy to bring it to the front porch.

I started browsing a few weeks ago and have bought some retro video games and some blu rays. I have only received the blu-rays so far and this review reflects that. First I think the damage to the blu-rays was extensive enough to have warranted a better explanation of the wear and tear that was not completely visible in the auction. Another error is that literally all of the movies are previous rentals from family video. Now the real gripe I have. All the hidden costs associated with the final price. I thought the price would be w/e I won the auction at plus the $2 shipping fee that was listed on the auction. Instead it was $2 and change, plus $4 handling, plus a couple $ in tax (for heavily used items I might add)

I have spent thousands on items from these sites and finally confirmed my suspicions that many of the auctions are rigged and they gauge the customers with their "handling and shipping fees". I was watching an auction the other day, it ended on JULY 16, 2020, for a Dior purse. I was going to bid on it. There were 12 BIDS on the purse. All of a sudden the auction ended and it now says there were O BIDS!!!! This is a lie as I was watching and planning on bidding. Also, they charge 3.00 and 4.00 HANDLING FEES and the shipping is way out there. Also, if you send emails asking questions, many times they don't answer you. I sent three email to the PA store and NEVER got a reply. The SOUTHERN, CA store is the one that took off the Dior bag and said there were NO BIDS.... The workers are rude and lazy. They expect you to spend a large sum of our hard earned money BUT don't ask for clear pictures and better descriptions because many times you won't get them. I am told, oh, we put it in a box and can't take it out now. Well you say you are saying a real Dior bag YET you don't take pictures of the inside or give a detailed description of the item....BUYER BEWARE,,,

Buyer beware! It’s definitely a treasure hunt which I enjoy. However, the shipping costs have gotten VERY overpriced. They also charge a handling fee on top of that. Seriously, they get the items for free. Total profit but gonna charge ya extra for packaging it up. Plus, now Shopgoodwill is charging sales tax even for out of state destinations. Won’t be shopping with them any longer. Farewell

Poor photos. Poor item descriptions & getting worse. Crazy-high shipping. Rude customer service responses from most shopgoodwill sites. Stale unsold items on the site at the same price for years on-end. They also will list 40-50 yr. old clothing items as ‘new’ - tags indicating when item was produced. When you point out the date, they ignore you.

HORRIBLE experience with this site! First, an ad for a pair of jeans stated 2 different sizes (one size in the title, one size in the description). I asked for clarification & they answered. But after I ordered & got the jeans, it was very obvious that their answer was WRONG! Worse, when the jeans arrived there was a HUGE HOLE in the butt of the jeans. The photos in the ad look like they folded the jeans to DELIBERATELY HIDE the hole. AWFUL!!!!

Buyer Beware. Shop Good Will has gotten greedy. In many cases, starting prices have increased to retail value or a high reserve established. The total cost (after adding on handling charges and shipping costs) aren't competitive with other auction houses. Shop Good Will doesn’t disclose all issues but doesn’t accept returns. So yes, you might find something unique, but the odds are it’s in poor condition when you get it, you’re going to pay too much for it, and you'll have no option to return it.

I was high bidder on an auction that was posted to end at 7:03 pm . However Goodwill allowed and accepted a higher bid at 7:50 pm which is unfair. I contacted the seller and was told they had no answer for me but would send my question to their corporation. i have not received any response from them.

Terrible shipping, descriptions, and service. If you want to overpay for broken items to ship slowly, this is the place for you.

Separate charges for every step , and above acceptable shipping rates.

SHIPPING IS TRIPLE OF ACTUAL CHARGES, ITEMS AREN'T DESCRIBED CORRECTLY
