Our last experiment on Frontier was poor. The flight crew wasn’t friendly, no snacks, the plane felt run down and not well kept.

If you need a lower cost airline and need to get to markets especially in the west than this is your choice.

They have low fares but the price seems to add up quickly if you have to check a bag or take a carry on.

There is no leg room in the seats. The snacks are not complimentary. The flight has a lot of turbulence. The experience just is not one that I would want to have again.

I've had the worst experiences every time I fly Frontier. They always are delayed, canceled, and I have the hardest time getting refunds. I would never recommend.

The baggage fees were very high. The service was OK. I just didn't enjoy flying with them as much as other airlines.

I won’t use Frontier because of their “hidden” fees. They false advertise their “low costs.”

Frontier has great prices but be prepared to be delayed or to have the flight canceled altogether! Hopefully if you need to go to Denver from SLC it’s a steal!

Never fly Frontier. The planes are old and beat and they charge for even a carry on bag. Almost $70 to bring carry on luggage. Not worth it.

While their prices are low, they nickel and dime you for every thing. They also cancel flights for no reason and their amenities are terrible.

I do not recommend this flight. Turbulence affects crew leaders often and also they have a lot of issues with motors. i felt very unsafe

It’s cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Very bare bones and if you want to bring a carry on, you gotta pay extra.

They pretend to be a super cheap airline while nickling and diming you for everything possible, including breathing air.
