Nickel and diming for terrible service. Frontier is pretty awful. One time the crew failed to secure some of the service carts so on take off they came crashing into the isles. Would only use frontier as a last resort.

I flew with Frontier one time and it was the last. Very uncomfortable seats with no room, carry on fees, snack fees, and they tried to get me to sign up for their credit card in flight.

I've had quite a few negative experiences with Frontier. I hate that you have to pay 45 bucks for a carryon. It's the same as checking a bag. They aren't very reliable.

Frontier is the worst airliner I have ever had the misfortune to work with. They charge for you to be able to recline your seat, have water, and bring anything with you. They are unwilling to accommodate you unless you give them all your money. They are just bad!

I did not enjoy my first experience with frontier airlines, because they were finicky about baggage and would not allow me to take two personal items. Instead I had to wear the jacket and stuff the second bag into the first.

Seems like Frontier is more concerned about putting more people on airplanes, at the most profitable model. The seats are too close together. Just one class of seats. Less than stellar customer service.

flight was cancelled because of mechanical issue. i did not know this until i got to the airport to check in. i checked my email to see an explanation and there was nothing. The next flight wasn't until the next morning. i ended up paying more for another ticket because my i had to get home to work. customer service is rude and not helpful at all.

The most uncomfortable seats I've ever experienced. Almost no padding, no recline at all. I will never fly it again if I can help it. The cheap rates aren't worth it.

Frontier was great when they were flying out of New Castle, De. For whatever reason they stopped and now and now only fly out of Trenton Or Phillly which really sucks .

Frontier is my least favorite airline. Although it is often the cheapest, the quality of service is poor. From the unfriendly staff, accommodations, lack of snack, drinks on flights and cleanliness of the aircraft.

I haven't had the best experience with Frontier Airlines. They were an hour late from the time I was expected to board. They also make you pay for your carry-on which was super disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them.
