My family and I have never had any good experiences with frontier. From flights being constantly delayed or cancelled to poor service, not worth the money that you "save" when you have to go buy a new flight that day because they cancelled your flight.

This is absolute nonsense, the ridiculous cost of ANY baggage means that you aren't paying any less than another (read: better) airline. Also, if you check in and choose a seat, it will range from 13-35 extra dollars. There aren't any employees at the airport willing to help, plus their website is insanely unhelpful. Never flying Frontier again.

These new seats were horrible. Wouldnt recline , and were very uncomfortable. Throw the tray table away. Was useless. They don't offer anything comimetary anymore either. Compare it to riding in a prison bus!! No shackles but might as well have had them on. I was so cramped i coyldnt move. No thanks. Not anymore. Here i come southwest

First flight was delayed. Second flight got delayed, and then delayed, and then delayed again. I believe we will be delayed a 4 time. No complimentary snacks. The table in front of me is so small it can't fitbmy laptop, my notepad, or even my book. Why even bother with one? First airline I have ever been so dissatisfied with.

Very disappointed in Frontier. Grandson flew from Phila. to Orlando for invitation to college baseball clinic. He arrived in Orlando and his checked bags went to Cancun. Really hard to play when all his gear is in Mexico. Customer service not helpful. So much for his chances at that college. Thank you Frontier Airlines.

After paying extra for luggage, extra for seating, the trip home for my daughter was terrible. She was not given the seat that she paid for and then was seated in front of a small uncomfortable child. Why did we pay extra for a seat she did not sit in?

It has horrible the flight left me when I had already check in. I went to bathroom for 10min came back and the door was closed and I was told I could pay extra or fly on another airline which I did with Delta which gave me a discount for how Frontier did me.#Deltaairline

My last trip was horrible, most have been ok to good. Due to the last one tho, I will most likely book with another carrier just because. My flight was delayed without explanation for hours, which cost me my planned ride home, instead costing me $80 for a cab @ 130am.

Felt like once I sat down, I was stuck in that position for the entire flight. Not much room at all for legs and feet. I had red blotches on my left leg for several hours after the flight.

This was not a good flight. I flew frontier for 3 hours and the tickets seem cheap but after adding a carry-on it was about the same price of any other flight. There were also no benefits to flying with them. 2 starts because my pilot was good.

I have not had good experiences with Frontier. Their arrival and departure times are not reliable and the customer service seems "borderline". More than once, particularly flying thru Denver, my changeovers were "tight". The planes I have been on seem older and not as well kept as others I have been on.

I will sometimes find really cheap tickets advertised for Frontier, but it's not always what it seems. The extra costs add up -- picking your seat, extra leg room, baggage, etc! Not our go-to airline, but might be good for the right person.

Worst travel experience ever. Our flight was cancelled completely for the day with no notification. We had to book another flight from the airport that day with a different airline to make our vacation. The whole experience set us back hundreds of dollars. After speaking to others about our experience, we heard many similar horror stories. I would avoid this airline at all costs. They are cheap for a reason.

I just can't do Frontier anymore, not after multiple times of unfriendly flight attendants and terrible in-flight service. It helps when flying and being away from family to have nice and courteous people to interact with and unfortunately that just has not been the case with Frontier Airlines. I wish I could say it was great but it wasn't.

The organization of flights is pitiful. The few times I have flown I have only had problems. One flight didn't have the some simple equipment that they needed to take off. It took hours for them to find their equipment, and this caused my family and I to miss a wedding because we were delayed for so many hours.

I had a good experience on the flight, I just think there are a lot of hidden things they dont tell you about when you buy the plane ticket and you find out you have to pay extra for every little thing you want to bring on the plane. Don't know if I will be flying with them again.

as we were boarding you cancelled the flight because the pilot was tired. really? you had 150 passengers stranded at the last second and no other flights for 2 days. next time come up with a better excuse.
