Shopify has wonderful customer service. I received an answer to every question without any responses similar to, "I'm not allowed to disclose that information." There are plenty of options for purchase, from the Starter shop to the Unlimited shop, and though most are more expensive than traditional web hosting sites, the features make up for the cost. There's a free 14-day trial, and plenty of free themes.

If you aren't looking to open up an online shop, Shopify isn't for you. And, because it is so specialized, it is quite a bit more expensive than any other web builder sites. The biggest challenge for Shopify is their pricing. But if consumers are willing to pay for the service, many will tell you it is worth it. Shopify's major presence is in the e-commerce market. Though they are designed for website building, they offer less in features, templates, and amount powered websites than other companies. This is mainly because of their focus in the specific market of online stores.
