There were some reviews of Web.com that relayed some concerns with billing and collections. Some clients have been sent to collections after trying to cancel their service plan. Also, many reviewers noted that when they hired Web.com to build a website, the site looked amateur and hastily put together.

Shared Web Hosting Only

Web.com only offers shared web hosting, which greatly limits their customers. We would like to see Web.com extend their services to include cloud, managed, dedicated, and VPS web hosting options. This provides more options and customization for customers who would benefit more from plans that included these hosting options.
