There are three hosting plans for consumers to choose from: Kickstarter, Launch, and the Grow Plan.
The Kickstarter plan is SatisfyHost’s most basic plan. At just $2.01 per month ($24.10 if you pay annually), you get 2GB of SSD storage, 200 GB bandwidth (monthly), and three add-on domains.
SatisfyHosts midrange plan is the Launch plan. This costs $3.63 per month or $33.25 for the yearly payment option. This plan comes with 5GB of SSD storage, 500 GB bandwidth (monthly), and four add-on domains.
The Grow plan is the most expensive, at $6.03 per month ($57.84 if billed annually). However, you get more than double the SSD storage than the Kickstarter plan (10GB of SSD storage, to be exact), 1000GB bandwidth (monthly), and five add-on domains.

If your website is a small blog with a lot of text or HTML files, you may be able to get away with SatisfyHost’s Kickstarter plan. Clients who sign up for one of SatsifyHost’s annual payment plans will receive a free domain name for one year.

If you cancel your hosting before the three months paid period SatisfyHost reserves the right to cancel or resell the domain.

SLA Conditions
If your service drops below 99.99 percent uptime in any given month, SatisfyHost will credit your account with one free month. Just be sure to claim this within seven days of the monitoring dropping.

SatisfyHost does offer refunds to unsatisfied clients if they request a refund within thirty days. There are no refunds past the 30 days.
Additionally, SatisfyHost does not issue refunds for the following products:
- .COM, .NET, .ORG or any other domain names
- SSL certificates
- Domain transfer in fees
- Domain transfer out fees
- Products or services provided by SatisfyHost through other companies
- VPS or dedicated servers
- Setup fees
Additionally, accounts purchased under a promotion (with or without a promo code) are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee.
