The path from the homepage to the product pages is just one click, which means completing a purchase is hassle-free. We also like the Compare feature - just click the Compare checkbox in a product listing and you can do a side-by-side comparison of similar products before choosing which one to purchase. Each product page contains a section of tabs featuring information such as product labels, recommended dosages, warnings and user ratings and reviews.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Vitamin World offers refunds within 90 days of the purchase date. Just return the unused portion with a short explanation and a refund will be promptly issued. Vitamin World offers free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more. For orders of less than $75.00, shipping will only cost $1.95 per order. For faster delivery, you can pay an additional charge to have your order shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Vitamin World's Quality Promise guarantees that all its products are the freshest, purest and most potent available. Minimal Information for Products

Although Vitamin World sings the praises of its fresh, potent ingredients, the information included on the product pages is minimal in comparison to many of the other online vitamin stores we reviewed. Other sites include more detailed descriptions of the products and their potential health benefits. User reviews and ratings can also be sparse. 

Pop-up Issues

Pop-up appears upon landing on Vitamin World's homepage. It asks for your email in exchange for promotional offers being sent to your inbox. This can distract from the browsing experience and isn't likely to garner a sign-up if you're new to the site and not yet sure you want to shop there.

No International Shipping

If you need to ship internationally, Vitamin World doesn't offer as many convenient shipping options as some of the other online vitamin stores. International orders are shipped via Air Mail, which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. In addition, Vitamin World's products cannot be shipped to France or Germany. If you'd like to ship to either, you'll need to visit Vitamin World's affiliated UK site.
