LuckyVitamin began three generations ago with a family interested in helping others live healthier. Starting with a pharmacy in 1956, the Wolf family became frustrated with western medicine and wanted to do more with natural wellness and alternative medicine. They opened a health and nutrition store in 1996, offering a wider variety of services and products for health. The website, LuckyVitamin.com, was opened in 2005 to present to the larger public its products that help improve health and overall well-being.

Positive Reviews

With over 1,600 reviews, LuckyVitamin scores extremely high within the vitamins and supplements industry. The average rating is over 4.5 stars, and the company is currently ranked in the top spot for vitamin stores.

Online Retailer

LuckyVitamin has created a global e-commerce market through its online store. The company is reaching not only inside the United States but also to over 40 other countries. In fact, the company does not even have a physical store, which it says is one of the ways it can keep prices as low as possible.

Thorough Product Information

The LuckyVitamin site provides thorough information on each product. With the mission to provide health and wellness to all customers, each product page is filled with helpful information including comprehensive product descriptions, ingredients, suggested use, warnings, manufacturer info, and customer reviews. If you want additional information, it will link you to articles related to that product. This allows consumers who want information about the product in general to get a wide view of this product, the specific brand, and the general uses.

From the site, you can access any of its 24 categories of products. The most popular include Nutritional Supplements, Personal Care & Beauty, Vitamins & Minerals, Food & Snacks, and Sports Nutrition. Whether it's sports, dietary supplements, or overall health and wellness, we are positive that you will find what you are looking for.

Each product view includes a picture of the nutrition label so it can be viewed just as it would be on the actual product. This leaves little to the imagination about what you are getting when you purchase the vitamin. The LuckyVitamin site is also very thorough on its return policy information.

90-Day Return Policy

LuckyVitamin accepts opened or unopened items 90 days after the purchase. LuckyVitamin includes specific, step-by-step instructions on how to return items. It also includes what to do in special cases and which brands do not apply to this policy.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $49

When shopping on LuckyVitamin, you'll receive free shipping when you spend more than $49. The site keeps track of this, letting you know how much more is needed to obtain the free shipping. It also offers free shipping on certain promotional items.

When you are checking out, an auto-ship service is available with a discount applied instantly to the order. Consumers can both choose how often the products are shipped and are notified before each shipment is sent out to give them a chance to cancel the order if desired.

Lucky Rewards

LuckyVitamin offers a rewards program for its customers called Lucky Rewards. When consumers sign up for a free MyLucky Account, they earn one Lucky Rewards Point for every dollar spent. Certain promotional items may also be worth more points. Once consumers earn 500 points, $5 in cash is applied to their account..

The Bad

  • Website Navigation
  • Flaws in the Rewards Program

Website Navigation

Although the site is extremely detailed and thorough on its information, this can make it a little hard to navigate. There are multiple pages a user must go through before getting to a page with actual products on it. It also has 24 categories of products which, while some may find helpful, others may find it is too many and makes browsing difficult.

Flaws in the Rewards Program

While it is good that this company even has a rewards program, its program is not competitive in the industry. Because you only earn, generally, one point for every dollar spent, a customer must spend approximately $500 dollars to receive $5 in credit and the consumer must wait 45 days after they've earned the points to use the credit. The rewards program also does not discuss any other options for credits besides the 500 points for $5.

gavel

The Bottom Line

LuckyVitamin has helped thousands of consumers enjoy life more fully with its extensive list of products. However, it does not have the most "rewarding" rewards program, and its site is a bit more difficult to navigate than other sites. It does provide services that make it one of the best vitamin stores we have reviewed. Its auto-ship feature is very useful for returning clients, the site provides a lot of helpful, detailed information about a large number of vitamins, minerals, and herbs.

Above all, the customer reviews truly show the quality of LuckyVitamin. If you are looking for a lot of options and plentiful information about vitamins and nutritional supplements, LuckyVitamin would be one of our top choices.

I ordered specialty probiotics from LuckyVitamin. It took 1.5 months to get my order. I repeatedly tried to cancel the order due to the delay. They refused to cancel it. The probiotic is required to be kept refrigerated. Upon receipt. there was no cold pack included in the box. I immediately contacted customer service. No response to repeated requests. After 2 weeks, I had to escalate thru Paypal to get my money refunded. Horrible service and I would not trust the quality of the storage of the products they sell. I contacted the probiotic manufacturer, they told me that the probiotics should be thrown away. LuckyVitamin insisted I had to return the product to them. I would hate for them to pass this ruined product onto another customer. I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was looking to buy some essential oils & vitamin supplements. Came across this website & their prices were very reasonable compared to most online stores. So save some money i did make my first purchase online. The delivery was to made within 3 to 5 business days through Landmark Global. I did not receive the products ordered on the respective date so late evening i was trying to contact LuckyVitamin and found out that they do not have customer service personal but simply one department to only place orders. I spoke to that person but he mentioned he cannot help and has no access to follow up but to take orders and payments. I was told to contact by email or by Robotic chat. I did the robotic chat and they said they will investigate. It will take couple of days. I was checking the courier company called Landmark Global and they too did not have a customer service person that i could speak too, but simply an email, which i did write to, but did not hear back from them. I then started to search about both these companies online and it happened to be a scam, a fictitious company & i was not the only one scammed. My heart sank as it was a considerable amount and i am jobless right now. The only reason i ordered the items was to keep myself healthy and boost my immune system. I then contacted my Credit card company and explained the same, they said they will investigate and it may take about 10 to 14 business days. I am writing here to save others from being scammed in times of such challenges and difficulties

I returned my entire order, was delivered back to them on Dec. 24th, 2020. Weeks went by and still have not received my refund. I have chatted with them 2 times, the last two chats I was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, but still have not received it. I chatted with them a third time, they now are saying I only returned 5 out of the 6 bottles...LIE! I returned all 6. So either they misplaced one or someone stole one. I can’t believe the run around I am getting. What a fraudulent company! The representative said he will put the refund through but may not be refunded for that 6th bottle. Absolutely disgusting business practices! I had a feeling I wasn’t the first person to have issues with this company, so I looked online for reviews and sure enough it’s a known issue. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will tell everyone who asks my experience and tell them to steer clear of this online store. On 1/18/21 I finally received my refund, but they only refunded me 5 bottles, so they not only get a free bottle but they made money off of it. Freaking scammers! NEVER SHOP WITH THEM. 😡

Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after they arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat. In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!

I have given business to Lucky Vitamin for years - and as of now NEVER will again. In short: placed an order in mid-March, securing an excellent price (using coupon codes, etc.) for 10 bottles of a product. It was backordered. I had no problem with this and was happy to leave the order open until they were able to fill it. After two months THEY cancelled the order. I have tried EVERY WHICH WAY to get them to reinstate it and honor the order and price (now that they have it back in stock.) Chat, e-mail through their site, and NUMEROUS phone calls where you can ONLY leave a message - and NEVER a response. Finally though chat, I was able to get the rep to have someone call me. Bottom-line: they flat out REFUSE to reinstate the order and honor the price. Would give NO stars, if I could! NOT so Lucky Vitamin, as it turns out!

At one point I believed this to be a reputable company and was completely satisfied with the customer service. I now, however, believe that customer service is severely lacking and here is why. I recently placed an online order and ended up with a Lucky Vitamin trial membership. The membership, it said, was to be for a one month trial period at which any time during this trial period, I could cancel without being charged an auto renewal fee. I did cancel this trial membership within that one month period (their time constraints)but was still charged an auto renewal fee of $49.95. I followed through by contacting via email as they won’t answer phone lines and asked that this charge be removed. I was advised this could not be done and that I should just enjoy the membership. This is completely false advertising. Beware of agreeing to their( trial )membership offer as you will be charged regardless of your own wishes to cancel said membership within the proper timeframe. Times such as they are and having recently been laid off from work, these actions are simply unacceptable.

I have ordered a number of California Ranch Olive Oil bottles of LuckyVitamin.com On their website they mention that it's COOC (California Olive Oil Council) certified, but the bottle I received did not have the badge that was advertised on the website. When I asked to return it, they said I have to ship it to the US. I'm living in Canada. Shipping it to the US will cost more than what I will be getting back as a refund! and it's not my fault that the product I received was not the correct product. Very poor customer service and lack of respect for the clients. I made multiple orders before through them but this is my last.

This company is terrible. I joined as a member in May at the cost of $49.95. EVERY order I have placed since has had a back order and/or they don't have the item available at all. The "10%" discount- not true. Prices are similar or higher than Sprouts or other sites. I called after 3 months of incomplete orders to request a refund and spent 49 minutes on talking to different people in customer service telling me repeatedly that they can not offer a refund for my membership --- I have not even saved $50. I read reviews before signing up for the membership and they were good. I can only imagine they are by employees or these people have been "luckier" than I have been. I would NEVER recommend this company - terrible. As I write this I am on hold again..so far 12 minutes this time. HELPFUL Be the first one to find this review helpful

Very unhappy customer Algodones, NM

I shop a great deal online. The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WAS WITH LUCKY VITAMIN. I placed what I thought was a one-time order for 8 bars of soap costing $42.00. Though my card was immediately charged, the full order was not sent out for several weeks. A few weeks later, another full shipment of soaps arrived. I called and texted repeatedly to let them know I did not reorder the soaps, but got no response. I finally gave up thinking I would give the soaps as gifts and never order from Lucky Vitamin again. However, yet another month later my card was again charged for a third shipment of soaps. Again, I immediately began calling & texting to tell them I did not place this order. About a week later I got a text telling me it was too late to cancel the order as they had already shipped, but to return the soaps when they arrived for a full refund of the soaps and all postage here and back. The soaps didn’t arrive until about 3 weeks later, making me think they could not have shipped out before they finally responded to my email. The new box of soaps did not contain a return shipping label or instructions, and after repeated unanswered emails and calls to them, I finally returned the box of soaps to the address on the box with a letter explaining the lack of a return label, stating I’d paid $22 return shipping they had promised to reimburse me along with the $42 for the soaps I DID NOT ORDER. Again, after several weeks of no refund, I began calling & texting and finally got a call back from customer service who were abl to verify the return of the soaps as well as the amount I paid for postage using the USPS tracking number I gave them. I was promised a full $64 refund within 3 days. Within a week I was refunded for the soaps but not for my postage. After several more attempts to contact them, they emailed me a $22 gift certificate to Lucky Vitamin. Again, having determined I would never again give them my business, I began calling & texting, finally speaking to another customer service rep & supervisor, and after 45 minutes was promised an immediate refund of my $22 in return postage. The refund never arrived, but shockingly, I received an email rescinding the $22 gift certificate saying I had already been reimbursed in full. I have again repeatedly called and emailed, but AFTER ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AND MORE THAN 20 HOURS OF MY TIME, I DOUBT I WILL EVER GET SATISFACTION. I HAVE NO IDEA NOW HOW TO GET MY REFUND, NOR WHAT TO DO IF YET ANOTHER BOX OF UNWANTED SOAPS ARRIVES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, LEARN FROM THE MOST HORRIFIC ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD & NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH LUCKY VITAMIN.

I have ordered vitamins from Lucky for at least 10 years. I got a recent shipment with a shattered glass bottle that had not been bubble wrapped. They said in a chat they would replace it. Although I had changed my address and new orders had been coming to my address of nine months, they said they sent it to my previous address. I never got it. Their mistake, they admitted. They said they would send another bottle to the correct address. Not only did they not send it, they no longer answer my chats or emails. I waited 45 minutes for a phone call to be answered and finally gave up. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT HAS CHANGED WITH NEW OWNERSHIP BY A CONGLOMERATE THAT OWNS PABST BEER.

The products bought here are great! I recently learned that the customer service isnt very good though. I made an order recently an my wife soon after got a 25% off coupon. I tried to cancel my order and was told my order was about to ship so it couldnt be cancelled (it actually shipped 24 hours later). So my wife was going to just make a separate order on her account, only to find out for some stupid reason lucky vitamin somehow combined our accounts so she couldnt log in to use her coupon at all! When she contacted customer service they didnt even help with the problem. Basically told her that she was screwed and she never got to use her coupon or log into her account. Very disappointed. Will find somewhere else to order from in the future.

I have been ordering from lucky vitamin for a long time. Have never had issues till now to the point of they lost another customer. I meant to use a VISA gift card when ordering but I used to debit card by mistake. I checked my account and the payment had already gone through (literally isntantly). I called customer service and asked if they could charge my gift card and issue a refund to my account. I was denied and told that the payment had already gone through (so basically no matter how quickly you call they cannot help). I ordered from Lucky Vitamin and IHerb at the same time and my order from IHerb arrived within two days (using the same shipping method). My order from Lucky Vitamin was supposed to arrive yesterday (10 days after my order) and it did not arrive. I have sent Lucky Vitamin 2 emails now asking specific questions and have still received no response (10 days). I used a link on my email to track my order and went through the process of log in. It has a clickable link that says "click here for tracking information". I have tried to click this link now on various computers and my cell phone and it will not take me to the tracking info. Way too much stress!!!! Never again.

Horrible company, requires you to call 1.your credit card company, 2.Visa merchant verification, and requests you do a 3 way call to Visa and THEN to Lucky Vitamin as they "cannot make the 3 way call themselves" to verify a first time order of $123.48. Wow. I guess to this pitiful company that amount is like thousands of dollars. Btw, both my CC company and Visa told me they had never heard of a RETAILER requesting a customer obtain the transaction/authorization code from them, I was told the merchant retailer is supposed to verify themselves through Visa/Mastercard merchant services. Lazy Lucky Vitamins! They refused to ship my order even though my CC company supervisor verified the transaction went through and was already posted to my account FOR DAYS. Lucky Vitamin said they were holding my package (in some kind of hostage situation) until I obtained this fictitious authorization code which NO CC nor Visa Merchant services was willing to give out nor do a 3 way call with Lucky Vitamin. Lucky Vitamin's "supervisor" also suggested that I try to pay via Paypal, WTH!!! I earn cashback from my CC, why in the heck would anyone use Paypal??? My CC company told me this sounded suspicious and placed Lucky Vitamin on their FRAUD WATCH and disputed the charge while giving me a refund immediately! Oh, and the kicker? I bought the SAME 4 bottles in the SAME quantity counts from another online vendor for $23 savings, I only paid $100.91 for the SAME ORDER saving myself +$22.57!!! Oh, and my over 20+(!!!) requests to cancel my account altogether has so far been ignored. I will file a complaint with my attorney general as well as Pennsylvania's attorney general's office, where this "company" is located! Thank God I disputed this order and saved myself 22.57%!!!

Good day, I would like to share my experience with this store. I needed to buy a protein and decided to stop on this store. I placed order LV15668905 that I paid successfully on 12/26/2017 using my ukrainian mastercard, I expected to receive the protein within a week. After there days later my order changed its status to canceled without any information. I wrote a message to support with ticket 453296 and did not receive any feedback. Today I have connected to customer service and they told me about the problem with billing address. I am very upset because I lost a lot of time and could place an order at other store. I advise you to think of choicing this store. Best regards, Olexiy

I have been a customer for about 3 or 4 years. I always had very good on time delivery until the past year. They quit sending a confirmation notice, no delivery information etc. My present order was placed June 4th, I did not receive any information at all from them. Normal delivery for me is usually 4 or 5 days of standard delivery. Today is June 12, no order received. I called them, they said FedEx would delivery it to my post office on June 16th. No explanation for why the delay. No information why I do not get the tracking information nor confirmation of my order. I am frustrated with Lucky vitamins and am looking for another good company to order from.

They do a great job of appearing like they have helpful customer service when I have repeatedly not been called back when told I was, they incorrectly filled out shipping and billing information, in addition to creating this nice friendly facade of 'we got your back!' to really look out for the customer (I will say most of the people I have talked to has been overall nice, but always falls short with promises and expectations). If they actually genuinely care about their customers they would have been proactive and gotten this situation figured out (it took a total of a month and a half of attempts to just process an order, they were claiming it was my credit card issue, but I talked to my credit card company multiple times and there was no issue on their end). The managers are just as bad, almost worse. Also, I noticed patterns within how luckyvitamin customer care is (since I had talked to them so many times), and it's literally worse than if they were just lazy up front and I could see that, or they would tell me they can't help me. But it's a facade. This order was initially sent in OVER a month ago and they still haven't figured it out. I've spent probably 20 hours total just trying to get this order processed. The last time I talked to them was 5 days ago, when I was following up with the manager, and still has not got a response. Its honestly embarrassing how bad their customer service is, especially helping in a timely manner. If you have any plans to get legitimate help from customer service, please for your own sake choose another company.

I placed an order with them which was quite urgent, (and immediately started to be bombarded with their junk mail, although I opted out). After almost a week seeing that my order didn't arrive and getting no news from them, I looked at their website and was amazed to discover that it was cancelled! with no notification. I wrote them to ask why, and they answered that my billing address was wrong (which wasn't true) and that they wrote me that I should contact them, which was even less true - because whlie their junk mails keep arriving without any problem. I got no message from them asking me to contact them, no notification of any kind about the cancellation of my order, and since they had both my email AND my phone number, they was no reason the shouldn't have contacted me! In short - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The only reason I even ordered from them was because they offered same day shipping. But for whatever reason, my order did not get shipped until 2 days later, even though they did create a shipping label on the same day. I told them that, and at first they tried to give me a $5 coupon for my next order. But I checked their own FAQ, and they promised to refund $5.95 if shipping is delayed. So I respond to them to let them know what their own FAQ said, and they had the nerve to tell me they did ship the product on the same day, even when the FedEx tracking clearly said the ship date was 2 days later! At this point it's not even about the $5.95 anymore, but you can clearly see this is a company that makes promises to customers it has no intention of keeping. So if you're banking on their same day shipping deal, forget it as that's not going to happen.

Terrible customer service. I received 180 tablets of vitamins today which expire in 6 months time. Called and the ca agent said she can credit me $10. I spent $60 for this item and $10 credit is the best they can do!? Why are they shipping a big bottle of vitamins containing 180 tablets that expire in 6 months time. The agent also said not to return it as I would lose too much money in shipping so the $10 credit is my best option. What a joke and waste of money. Extremely unprofessional money grabbing company

I've been a lucky vitamin customer for many years. Their customer service practices are not congruent with their stated customer satisfaction policy. If you value your money, energy and peace of mind DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM They are not interested in keeping their customers happy/satisfied. They will not do the right thing and correct their errors and compensate you fairly.

I have placed an order for products, which has never arrived at my home for 4 months now. Customer service does not take the customer into consideration at all. Horrible - I order 2 products that were suppose to in stock. I get the package and I'm missing one. I was told it would be restocked in 2 days, so I wait. The item never updates after 3 days and i was told that the restock time was just a guess. A GUESS? I'm not paying you for guesses. I was charged for both products. THEN, after I requested a refund, I was told that I was NOT charged, when in FACT I WAS! Supposedly, I have a refund coming but I won't be back. If you can't get a small order right the 1st time, why would I trust you with larger orders in the future? BYE FELICIA!!

Hello, I was not happy at all with my order this time. I took for a long time for FedEx to deliver my package. My package was sitting in FedEx Arizona for days in high heat temperature in one of their trucks, and this situation is not good for the contents inside the package and it affects the quality of the vitamins. I wish you could stop using FedEx for my delivery and instead use the USPS. They're are fast and reliable. I'm not sure not how the quality of my items received are? DO NOT use this company for the following reasons If you want to contact them via chat they use a robot, via email it’s a generic reply wishing you a “great day” when in my case the products are two months overdue considered lost. They won’t refund or supply new vitamins as I choose standard DHL courier not highlighted on there site but in T&Cs small print. So Iam out of pocket $62 for pills that probably cost them $10 and they just don’t care. There’s far better companies out there. ,

I really wanted to continue to like Lucky Vitamin but since April 2020 they've really gone downhill. I gave them multiple chances (including cutting them a lot of slack because of the pandemic) but my most recent experience was a nightmare so I had to break up: very poor customer service, horrible communication, employees with no clue what they're doing, unresponsive leadership. I don't know what happened to them but I've moved my business elsewhere (iherb) & am very satisfied (same great products, comparable prices, faster shipping). You might want to do the same~

I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin for years and had no problems. On my last order there was a problem with my credit card which I had been using for all my orders in the past. I tried calling and could not get anyone to tell me what the problem was. You have no phone numbers for such communacations. At this time I am no longer ordering from Lucky Vitamins .

I stopped buying from Lucky Vitamins after being a multi-year customer. They are very slow in shipping (up to two weeks) and have a website that does not allow you to purchase an item one time. I realize that they want return business, but as a customer I felt pigeon holded. If I could, I would given them 0 stars for the frustrations I experienced with them. I am now trying Vitacost.

Terrible experience. Have had issues. They have no phone number, but only chat and they never respond to emails or chats. I was on hold for 3 hours on chat. It took a week longer for delivery of a product than originally stated. They keep you in queue and on hold for hours at a time when trying to contact them. The product didn’t work as it has from other companies in the past, because it was overheated in the box it was sent in, and sat way too long.

Is Lucky Vitamin going out of business???? They used to be great but something has happened with this company and they are absolutely horrible now! Save yourself the frustration of CONTINUOUS back ordered items, shipping issues, and most recently nonexistent shady HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't be fooled by the "great prices" and all the wonderful products they "supposedly" sell. You will never be able to purchase these items as they will ALWAYS be on back order and will never arrive. Do yourself a favor and order someplace else like myself and apparently many others are doing now:)

There is no way to TALK to a customer service rep anymore. They sent my order to the wrong address even though I had changed the address before I placed the order and are now giving me the run around via live text messaging. I need to be sitting with my feet up in the air, not at this computer. I hate their new platform for complaints. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Caution! The seller demanded payment outside amazon because they "miscalculated" the shipping costs. They refused to refund my purchase because supposedly my package was in transit. So, whatever you think you're paying this merchant, add 20% and expect to deal with delays (if you get your package at all), wasted time, and a saccharine customer service that will never rectify an error. They persisted in this behavior even after Amazon asked them to relent, which raises the question why they are still allowed to trade on their website.

the probiotic I use should be ice packed. It was not and on the invoice an ice pack is listed. Called they told me that it should have an ice pack and they sent me another. Again, no ice pack. I called and the second lady told me an ice pack is not necessary and that it would still last for 6 months. Why was the ice pack again listed on the invoice. I will not order from Lucky vitamin again.

The packaging I received for my order was among the most environmentally irresponsible I've ever encountered. So much plastic bubble wrap and air bags...not even necessary because I ordered a case of 12 (precisely because I wanted to minimize packaging). I've done it with other suppliers, but my preferred supplier was out of stock of my particular supplement. I was all quite shocking from a company that claims to be about health and happiness. I will be returning my package and won't be ordering from Lucky Vitamins again.

I ordered perishable items that had to be refrigerated. I paid for expedited shipping. The items were mailed without a coldpack and arrived after 4 days. I had to call LuckyVitamin 4 times to get this issue resolved. I was denied access to speak with a supervisor and one of the staff told me the item did not need to be kept cold even though it says on the bottle. I have serious ethical concerns about LuckyVitamin reselling this product which I am returning.

Ordered product, and did not receive it. Apparently, there were (unknown) import/customs charges to pay that were not identified when I placed the order. I submitted 2 x tickets requesting an update on when I would receive the product, but no response. I managed to get hold of someone on the website's 'chat' function, and they told me that the product was being returned to them and that I would incur a restocking charge, and I would have to pay shipping costs both ways. A thoroughly miserable experience, and I would advise not to use this company at all.

Horrible customer service and often issue with the web site. Example: updating cc for payment issues. shipping issues- if you click the link to track order, it put you into a loop with no actual information about shipping status. I also had an issue when they used USPS when the address requires UPS or FedEx, no mail service. Call in is a impossible- try to call for help and then enter your call back number, they call you not in 25 minutes like it states... they call DAYS LATER! I have now gone back to VitaCost. F' Lucky.....you are LUCKY only if you can get service.

Disappointed! I ordered on May 27. Its June 8th and I haven't gotten all my order. There was a back order on the pasta. Then it was shipped except two boxes. Then I got a cancellation notice on the two boxes and the notice made it seem like it was my cancellation. I still haven't received any that was actually shipped. I buy a lot of vitamins and supplements on line and rarely from Lucky Vitamins for this reason. There are other sites I can get my products in 2-3 days.

After ordering, they charged your fund immediately, then send an email confirmation very quick!!!! Everything happened in the next few days, they will send an email notification that your orders were canceled with the stupid reasoning is the order issues. Why if the order issues, they charged you immediately. When I tried to contact back to them, nobody answered. Just waiting and waiting... NOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FUND BACK!!!! SCAMM !!!

They recently introduced AutoShip. The program automatically charges your credit card and ships whatever you ordered last. It's a genius business model for the company but essentially is a scam. I bought five large bottles of soap last month, come to realize that they just charged my credit card for another set of the same order. The order can't be cancelled and the money can't be refunded. Clearly a scam! The excuse is that autoship is a default and it was my fault for not noticing that. Again, maybe legal but clearly a scam. A shame on you people. You should not prey on your customers.

I ordered Green Vibrance from them. Somehow my order was duplicated and 2 identical orders were place about a minute apart. I tried to call them to cancel one order, but I got a recording saying that their site is experiencing technical difficulties and they can not take calls. I emailed them, asking to cancel one order. Got a response after a day saying it was too late. I received two identical orders for over $300. Last time ordering from them

I placed an order on September 22. The next day I received a FedEx shipping notification with a delivery date of October 03. I went to check the status and my order still had not shipped. There was never any communication of their delay. I contacted them to cancel and refund, which was completely ignored. All it would have taken was a simple note stating they took fault and were sorry. Like so many middling online shops, nothing is their fault and ignore the customer and they'll just go away. Shame on companies for behaving this way. Guess this is the reason I stay with Amazon.

I found the prices to be high. I also had a frustrating shopping experience. All the advertised specials and coupon codes were for first time customers only. This doesn't build customer loyalty. I also was not able to gain swagbucks points at lucky vitamins. I found the product I wanted (Spectrum Vegetarian DHA) but if I can find it elsewhere, I will buy there.

I have been using LuckyVitamin’s autoship program for years (to the tune of thousands of dollars). Household items we rely on are constantly on back-order (despite being available for one-day shipping on Amazon), and I’m always having to call in and fix issues regarding payment (bank says no charge attempted, then customer support finds it was an issue on LuckyVitamin’s side). To top it all off, customer support is incredibly slow to respond (I often spend up to an hour on hold). After years of this, I finally had to fire them. Completely unacceptable. Are they going out of business?

Do not buy from this website! My package never arrived. I'm in Russia. When I tired tracking my package, it was in Germany... No updates after that. I was told to wait by the customer service, and then that it's been over 90 days, so no refund is possible, even if they find my package and get it back. So I just gave them my money for free!

I have only recieved half my order. I sent an email almost a week ago asking where the rest of the order was and I got the 'auto-reply' but nothing further. Just about to call AGAIN looking for my order and this request to review came in. Is anyone paying attention?

Non-existent customer service. Could not reach a human on the phone, nor human on chat, it was a "bot"! No way to explain the issue to a "bot".... Sent two e-mails, got auto acknowledgements, never ever heard from a human. Had to refuse delivery from Fedex and dispute the charge with Mastercard. Will NEVER order from Lucky Vitamins again!

Customers should be advised BEFORE ordering if an item is not in stock. When there's a problem, you can't talk to a real customer service person, you can only get lost in their online maze. Horrible experience. Strongly suspect this is a front for an Asian drop ship company.

We have been a loyal customer for years until recently. Our most recent order was Aug. 27 and we have only received one item of eight. I have tried to contact their customer service department by phone and on line and was unable to reach them. Am no longer a customer!
