While the company does not charge to scan the exterior of a letter, it does cost you $3 plus $.50 per page to scan the paper(s) inside and envelope. This can become pricey, especially if the customer has high volume or frequent needs.
Monthly Cost
US Global Mail’s $9.99 per month price is only valid for customers who pay for the full year all at once. Otherwise the fee is $14.95 per month, billed monthly. This is common in the software as a service (SAAS) market as well, but honestly, can be irritating for customers who are price conscious.
However, other companies like Virtual Post Mail, have pricing starting at $20 per month, so perhaps US Global Mail is by comparison still a good rate, at any package level.

While US Global Mail does offer a discount on shipping, customers have found that the discount can vary and some have said that it is even more expensive to ship through US Global Mail. It’s worth comparing shipping options on a case-by-case basis when the need occurs.
