The Good

• Accommodation options
• Great search tool
• Featured properties

Vacation Rentals Inc. rents out fully-furnished homes and town-homes by the night, week, month or year. Their platform is designed to provide rental accommodations that fit the activities, budget, and lifestyle of the travelers. They also have an extensive unfurnished portfolio available with properties located on golf courses, lakes, spacious wooded lots, or through the rolling hills of Arkansas. The Vacation Rentals, Inc. team tries to find leasing rates that fit most budgets. Vacation Rentals, Inc. believes in creating a home away from home. When actually searching for a vacation home, users will notice that the search capabilities make finding the ideal property quick and easy. The sorting tool's functionality allows users to sort results based on the following criteria:

• Number of bedrooms
• Number of bathrooms
• Minimum or maximum square feet
• Distance to and from landmarks
• Location
• Property Type
• Minimum and maximum price

From there, users can then take advantage of an advanced search filter. These features include: number of levels, BBQ options, boat docks with and without slip, carport, DVD/Blue ray included, fireplace, garage, glassed in sunroom, golf front, golf view, jetted tub, bed size, lake front, lakeview, land line, multiple refrigerators, multiple TV's, pet friendly, screen porch, sunroom, VCR, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi. Each day there is a featured property in either Bella Vista or Hot Springs Village travelers can check out. These properties are not rundown or over-exposed. They provide the home-like feel most travelers are looking for. From the featured section, users can then contact VR directly to work out finishing details.

The Bad

• Limited locations
• Can be more expensive
• No mobile app

The most obvious downfall to the Vacation Rentals, Inc. platform is the fact that they only service select areas in the state of Arkansas. Those looking to go literally anywhere else will not find their service to be helpful at all. The limited number of properties and destinations will deter many from using their platform. Since the homes are fully furnished (for the most part), nightly, weekly, and monthly prices are typically a bit more expensive than traditional rentals. Most renters understand that people will be coming in and out of the home, but their prices do not seem to reflect that. Other fees renters will be responsible for include:

• Service fees
• Cleaning fees
• Charges for utilities

Vacation Rentals Inc. also does not have a mobile device for users to download for when they are on the go. Travelers planning to visit Arkansas will need to actually use a desktop system to book and finalize any and all reservations made with Vacation Rentals.
