When we used Viator on trips away from home we found their pricing and customer service to be good. They offer a good variety of tours and their pricing is most often less than we would pay on the cruses we have been on. On one occasion, because of travel difficulties we had to re-book a tour with them and the local contacts were very helpful in making the change for us with no loss in the money we had already paid them.

I love using Viator to book cruise excursions and European day trips. They are always reliable and have great pricing. I have come to trust that they always have fair pricing so I don't feel like I have to search 5 different sites for the best deal. I can just go to this one. They have a ton of options - way more than the cruise line.
