Learned my lesson. Will never again use or recommend Travelocity. I was provided a flight credit of $376 they refuse to honor. Even with emails letting me know to use my credits, customer service states it’s a “glitch”. Extremely disappointed! Go directly to your airline’s website to book. Don’t waste your time/money with Travelocity.

I paid for Travelocity plus .. all the perks they claimed i never received. The hotel didn’t care about their so called plus. Instead of an early check in we had a very late check in. None of the perks that was upon booking ever came through. Needless to say I will be canceling it since it’s a waste of money. Hotel tonight has better deals.

The worst. Their business model is to take your money and then make it impossible to change plans, or cancel trip, even with medical restriction and purchased insurance. They make it impossible to speak with anyone, been on hold for hours and they’re chat site is a joke. They’ve ripped me off thousands of dollars.

Very upset with trying to cancel a car rental 2 months in the future as we won't be making the trip. You can't speak with anyone by phone or through the chat feature. They tell you someone will be with you within 15 minutes and then you wait hours for no result. I have used them multiple times in the past I won't use them again.

They are the worst. They lost all of our Covid credits from last year and its impossible to actually speak to a human. You are on hold forever even when they say it will be 2 minutes. We lost hundreds of $ because we used them.

I booked a hotel with them and they never paid the hotel so I got charged twice. When I contacted them to ask for a refund or question why they kept telling me they would call the hotel and just wait. This went on for three hours before I needed to go to sleep.

I booked a car with Travelociy in Chengdu, China with Hertz and went to the airport to pick it - Hertz does not even exist at Chengdu airport!!!! A miserable day, and they would not even refund me the deposit - and today I even got an email from them for another car rental in Chengdu??? I do not recommend this company

They made a time error on my plane reservation from AM to PM. Confirmation only gave date and not complete time. I had to rebook direct with airline and forfeit the money since they gave zero assistance, only a foreign customer service clerk that spoke poor English. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I booked a flight with travelocity, i got horrible sick, i called to try and rearrange my flight they would not help me at all. i told them i could bring in a letter from my Dr, they refused to give me a break so i flew very sick and really hope no one on the plane caught what i had,

Don’t use these people. Showed up to hotel after a 5 hour drive, Grandkids in tow. Hotel had no reservations for us. Said it was common problem. Cannot get a hold of Travelocity=No customer services available!
