After couple days fighting to cancel my flight because of the pandemic situation, justfly action was give me a future credit which has to be used with the same carrier.
Right now I’m trying to schedule a new trip using my credit, but Justfly system is the worst one I’ve ever used. System don’t let me to select a flight and pay with the available credit.
It would be nice if they just refund me what I paid for.
Completely disappointed!!!
