I signed up with them since I had a tax debt that needed to get settled, and I was looking to do an offering compromise. They totally ripped me off, it was the worst thing that I ever did, I should've worked directly with the IRS. I hope nobody ever use them, because is so wrong that they take advantage of people on a sensitive issues like taxes.

They were the most and best advertised service so I went for it. They were very precise but I didn't get very much information. In the end I was told that I would have to pay back everything that I owed or I wouldn't be able to get anything done. I wish I had looked at other companies.

Tax Defense Network Scam

They negotiated nothing. All they do is call the IRS and pass along to clients payment plans the IRS already has in place. Actually, they IRS does offer different options and assistance. Not worth spending a dime on this scam

Disgusted tax oayer

While handling my case, the agreed to a payment plan with the IRS that I did not agree to. They do not call you back when I have left numerous voice mail. My analyst closed my case without my approval then the IRS imposed a Lien against me. I have gotten the run around for the last 3 weeks with this company.

I was informed in February 2018 that our case was settled - uncollectable - and that deductions from our monthly Social Security Benefits would cease, deductions have continued since December 2017 and have not ceased .

1st and foremost,I was gonna call the BBB on your company. I've been dealing with TDN, since before covid. Have tons of emails to prove it. Going back and forth with different people. $3600 it cost me to get my taxes resolved and as soon as I paid all I got was the run around. 300 I had to pay to get my 2020 taxes done., bec the person said the IRS would not make a settlement with out it. They originally was asking for $400.!!!. Well I do believe in A higher power, bec that's wen Monica G-P step in. I dnt know who sent her, but she came in and handled Everything, Professionally and with empathy. She saw how long I had been with the company and was Amazing. She called wen she said she was gonna call and she came with understanding that I was tired and felt defeated. This afternoon I got her call telling me. That the lawyers came with an agreement.
