StorageMart is committed to providing the highest level of service to its customers and its community. Because of this, the company allows customers to access their storage units around the clock. Further, StorageMart also offers regular unit maintenance to ensure that units are always clean and functional. In fact, if a customer finds that their storage unit does not live up to their expectations, their next month of storage is 100 percent free. In addition to these services, StorageMart strives to give back to its customers and its community by supporting local foster car organizations, youth programs, shelters, and sports teams. The company also works to protect the environment by outfitting the roofs of many of its storage properties with solar panels to reduce its carbon footprint.

Unit Options

In order to provide its customers with a storage unit that best fits their needs, StorageMart offers a number of different unit options. For example, the company provides a variety of different-sized units, indoor and outdoor units, and units with climate control. StorageMart also offers residential storage, business storage, vehicle storage, and RV storage.

StorageMart's excellent customer service is not cheap. For a 10x10 drive-up StorageMart unit, customers will pay $183.99 per month, which is relatively high when compared to prices offered by other top storage unit companies. Additionally, it is unclear whether or not the company will reimburse customers for unused time if they move out of their unit in the middle of the month.

No Moving Truck Rental

Some storage unit companies offer truck rental in an effort to make moving belongings into a storage unit simple and convenient. Unfortunately, StorageMart does not offer this service.

Undisclosed Security Information

It is common for companies in the industry to provide security measures such as alarms, video surveillance, gated access, and patrols to prevent theft and keep customers' belongings safe; however, StorageMart has not disclosed whether or not it offers any of these services on its corporate website.
