We have used PODS before while moving and the experience was ok. They were a little late delivering it. Still made it the same day but it was later in the day than expected. I did feel like we were charged random fees that I was unaware would be charged so billing was kind of an issue. I would most likely try out another company before trying them again.

We have used PODS before and we had an ok experience. We felt like the billing was confusing as we were billed extra fees that we were not originally aware would be charged. The ordering process was ok but we did receive it a lot later in the day than was expected.
