Their service is free to use for job seekers as they work to land their desired job. Each individual who uses CornerStone staffing to get a job will receive the following:

• Choice to work with reputable businesses in DFW area
• Compensation and competitive benefits packages

While CornerStone works in eight different industries, they claim to specialize in and excel in four areas. These specialties include:

• Clerical and administrative (includes office managers, administrative assistants, secretaries, receptionists, data entry clerks, general office clerks, mail/file clerks, customer service, healthcare clerical support, and data analysts)
• Accounting and financial (includes accounting clerks, bookkeepers, payroll specialists, controllers, staff accountants, credit analysts, auditors, financial analysts, accountants, reporting analysts)
• Call center (includes customer service representatives, customer service managers, collections agents, inside sales representatives, and telemarketing representatives)

The first limitation of CornerStone Staffing is the fact that they only operate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This eliminates anyone who does not desire to work in this region. There have also been complaints from job candidates who used CornerStone Staffing to find temporary or long-term work. Common concerns expressed by those who were placed by CornerStone Staffing include:
