Athletes looking to achieve higher levels of personal performance, coaches looking for an effective way to connect with and motivate their team, and teams looking to bond and work together can all benefit from Total Mind Sports

Individual sessions help athletes develop a broader perspective of their potential. As each athlete will need something different, a coaching schedule is created at the end of the first private session.

Coaches may also benefit from Total Mind Sports, as each session is dedicated to teaching the coach (or staff) how to properly motivate and connect with athletes. The final cost will be determined based on the consultation time.

Teams can also utilize mental training, as the sessions teach teams how to function as a unit. As part of the team process, each team member will go through a one-on-one session. This develops a positive group energy.

Generally, athletes are on a tight schedule and don't have a lot of extra time on their hands. Total Mind Sports makes it easier for athletes by offering sessions to be conducted through Skype, Facetime, or other video conferencing platforms.

While there is plenty of information on sports psychology and how mental toughness plays a role in an athlete's career, there isn't much information about the clinic's programs, strategies, or prices. It would be beneficial for Total Mind Sports to include a little more detail on what's included with each program and what clients can expect.

Additionally, Total Mind Sports gives very little information about pricing. It is only known that pricing will depend on consulting time, implementation strategy, and coaching schedule. While several things will factor into the final price, it would be nice to at least know an hourly rate.
