Amazing company Dan helped me get a deal with Sunpower that was such a good offer it was impossible to refuse I search for over six months getting over 30 official quotes and over 50 verbal quotes to make sure that I found the right company. When I met Dan he said he would give me an offer that would be any other top-tier offer I’ve gotten which he was 100% correct it was even so good that every time I got contacted by another Sunrun or Sunpower rep they promised that they could be anyone so I let them try and unfortunately none of them were able to come close and even for the companies that tried to match the quote it doesn’t make sense if I’m spending this kind of money I might as well get the best at Sunpower why would I spend the same matched quote for LG‘s , Q cells or solar edge it just didn’t make sense to me. Apart from the amazing pricing everything else was great Dan was there for me every step of the way I had thousands of questions and he answered anything that I needed from Sun Power and if I couldn’t get a hold of them he got a hold of them instantly and got the answers. It’s amazing watching the app and seeing how much power I'm saving each day! I love it and I just wish I would’ve done it sooner Pros- amazing working with Dan very informative good at his job and willing to help someone out which is very rare in this commission-based industry. A lot of other sales reps did not even want to talk to me after they found out how long I’d been searching and how many quotes I’d gotten because they didn’t wanna waste my time but Dan took the chance and helped me out for probably longer than anyone else he’s ever helped we talked probably from us a month before I made the decision but he never got frustrated and at the end of the day I went with him and it was great! Cons- None of my cons are with Sun source or with Dan at all honestly I don’t even really blame Sunpower that much because the city and PG&E have a lot to do with it. Sun Power is a very big company so it’s a little harder to get a hold of them they may miss a few things you may have to stay on top of them a little more and things do take a little bit longer than if you went with a small mom and pop shop. However, everything else went great installation was amazing crew was friendly they put the conduit in the attic even though Sun Power forgot to tell him that’s what I want it plus that’s a lot more work for them so I understand if they would be mad but they weren’t they were very OK with it even though it increased her job by a couple of hours a couple of my neighbors ask their installers for different companies and they said no they can’t do it because of some kind of structure however we have the same exact house so I don’t understand my guys can get it done at Sunpower but my neighbor's credit so I just show Sunpower employees work ethic for the installers! Overall great job this is way too long of a review but this is a very big commitment I think everyone should have all the facts Dan amazing Sun source great company SunPower is one of the best solar companies, yes you’ll have some hiccups it may take longer to install but overall the next 25 or 30 years you’re going to have less of a headache less to deal with and for sure Less of an energy bill! Thank you!

SunSource I don’t know a lot about as a hole although I do know about Danial S (Sr. Energy Consultant) is hands down the guy you want behind you In The solar contracting process. Daniel is a smart dude and will behind you thick and thin in the hole process. He saved me in many ways due to a other solar contractor trying to screw me on the leasing contract and horrific installation that they did on my residence because of my lack of research on that solar provider. No ones fault but mine. although, Danial S gave my wife and I, amazing advice and went over and bound for us and that’s a understatement and it would be to long of a story to write. I can’t thank SunSource and Daniel S enough for this; as its hard to trust anyone these days but SunSource is one to trust in your books not to mention Daniel S. I’m actually a Lil sad our process is over because it was such a smooth transition to SunSource because of Daniel. He is honest, straight to the point and gets the job done RIGHT and Fair!

Chad B is our consultant when we decided to get solar panels. He explained the whole process clearly and he was very informative. He went over step by step and gave options for us to select the best system. He responded to all our questions and concerns and was with us all the way till we got our solar power working. It was very easy for us to reach him with questions even though we should reach out to SunPower. Our installation was on 03/31/2022 Sun Power inspection with City coordinator was on 04/01/2022. We got PG&E email 04/05/2022 and we reached out to Chad just to make sure we are good to go to operate. It was after 5 pm but Chad responded immediately to confirm that we have permission to operate. We would like to say that he treats his client’s projects as his own. We are glad that we found a great person to work with. We are so comfortable to go to Chad than Sunpower. When we had a delay with HOA approval Chad followed up with Sun Power and provided assistance for us to complete required documents. If our neighbors are interested in Solar Power we will definitely recommend Chad. Thank you for all your work and support.

Actually I purchased my recent 10 additional solar panels and backup battery from another solar company, not SunSource. However, the broker who handled our purchase was Daniel S and is now working for SunSource. Dan was wonderful to work with. He answered my endless questions and directly helped with a few problems that developed during the installation. I recommend Dan because of his honesty, responsibility and his high ethics.

My husband and I were on the fence about solar, mostly because we didn’t know much about the process. Franklin was able to guide us through the process. He helped us choose the correct system size for our home and energy needs. He was very helpful is providing us several financing options and installers. The whole process was very low pressure and very informative. We have seen a huge reduction in our energy costs since we activated our solar last August. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.
