Pay attention and make them slow down if you want to take notes. You have so much information coming at you at once, it's hard to keep all the important facts straight and in the forefront for when it become important. I wish they had a fact sheet to leave with new customers. Paperless is awesome until/unless you can't find or access what you signed. The actual installation of the solar system was quick and seamless, but the home improvements I contracted for were not. Thus, the 4 instead of the 5.

I went with Solar Power of Oklahoma based off a friend's recommendation. Their customer service department is right on every time I have questions and they always take care of me. Their solar panels work.
