New England Clean Energy Reviews

We had been customers of New England Clean Energy for 10 years now. Our experience with this company was excellent. When the system was installed, the team was extremely professional and did not leave any loose ends. We had no issues with the system since it was installed. So far, it provided what was promised. If you consider solar it’s a great idea! When I recently approached the company with a maintenance question, I received the same excellent treatment. If you consider which solar company you should pick, from the many that are out there, this one should be definitely on you list! It’s great to work with such a company and I highly recommend them.

I have been wanting to go solar electric for many years. I chose another vendor, only to find out from a professional in the industry that New England clean energy would be my better bet! Ken has been maintaining our solar hot water system for 30 years, so we changed to New England Clean Energy. So far he has been absolutely correct. We are getting a bigger and better system for less money. The data, sales people, and engineering people involved in getting our system planned out, Is far superior than all other solar companies I had spoken to. I am elated in everything that has gone on so far. I am now confident that I have made the right choice. I will be happy to follow up when our electric bill down to nothing, and sharing all the results with. Geoff Allison Lincoln Ma.

I had a full system installed in 2017. One of the most professional companies I have dealt with having also been in the middle of a full barn renovation. What they quoted and what has evolved over the past year was exactly what they promised. I would highly recommend this company over the other more commercialized ones out there. Top notch team in my experience.

Not only do they have excellent warranties, they go out of their way with customer service. They take care of everything and the whole process is easy for the customer. They use all black panels, which are more unobtrusive on the roof, and when I wasn't happy with the layout it was changed to what I liked (I like symmetry). All in all, an excellent company.

New England clean Energy notified me that my system had a defective part thy came out and replaced it at no charge for me.They are easy to work with and their people know what they are doing. My system is producing more than what they guaranteed.
