These days, so often customer service means you get on the phone and wait for an hour for someone that can't help you. My experience with GoSun was the opposite. When I had an issue, I was able to easily reached someone, and Alex went the extra mile to solve my problem. Thank you GoSun!

I am an investor in GoSun so it pains me to say that I have had an awful experience with this company. I received an offer to try the Chill Cooler and paid $425.15 for lithium powered cooler. It took about 2 months to arrive and never worked. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement, which never arrived. I have requested a refund several times and a return ship label to send the $424.15 paperweight back. They respond that time has run out, even though I reported the problem within days of receiving the Chill cooler. I have found the company to be unable to stand by the product and the Chill cooler to be useless to me.
