The initial walk through for the project was well done, timely quote and decent communication. Instillation was lacking knowledge, had issues installing and trouble shooting aspect of the electrical system. Little to no follow up when the job was finished and no walk through on how to use the new controller, installer just left the manufacture manual and was gone.

My system was to be monitored by Alasta Solar. It is not. My system tripped off and I did not know it until I got a $216.oo bill for power.

The product is great, the service not so great. The owner is very responsive, the scheduling was subpar
