I've had great experiences with Amazon. Even with many variables of making online shopping work consistently and effectively, I have only had maybe 2 or 3 instances where I've had a hiccup. That's a fantastic percentage. Also, they have made returns convenient and easy and the refund happens so much sooner than expected.

Great company overall, and lots of nice stuff being sold, but the search options are usually messed up. The option to sort items by price mysteriously removes many of the search results, and "sponsored" products are always showing up with enough enthusiasm to bury the things I'm looking for. Makes me feel like they are more worried about marketing than about helping users. There are also scams present, which have been reported by many customers, but Amazon doesn't seem to do anything about it.

the descriptions foreach page of the ordering process are not intuitive and Ioriginally found it hard to delete a item.It gives numbers for the numbers of items but I expected there would be a zero. There is not a common format to order and exit.
