I like Amazon's shopping assistant for Chrome. Whenever i look up items, it shows the price on Amazon while I'm shopping other websites. Sometimes A is more, sometimes it's cheaper. It really helps with making sure I'm getting the best value in what I'm buying and where i'm buying it from. Also, Amazon makes returns easy, especially with the labels and getting my money back. The only issues I've had was with shippers, not directly Amazon itself.

I LOVE Amazon. I can always get anything I need from them. Anything from car parts to household items, they have it all for a decent price. Their customer service, return policies, and guarantees are all fantastic as well. I have never run into any kind fo problem when I have used their services. If you are an online shopper, the Prime membership is definitely the way to go. With all the free shipping you will get, it will more than pay for itself.

I LOVE amazon! I have a prime account with them and shop so much on it! I also have their Credit card for the 5% money back reward! I love it! Gives me 25 to 50 bucks back each month to use on amazon! I buy my baby diapers through subscribe and save and recommend it to everyone! It gives me great discount on diapers and wipes (20% off) which makes them always cheaper than costco! Amazon is just the best! you can literally find ANYTHING on it!

Amazon is an amazing place to do your shopping. If you are going to be using it often, I would recommend getting Amazon Prime; it makes shipping on most items completely free, and if you are a student, you get it for half of the regular price. I have never had any issues with Amazon, and they have the best customer service I have come in contact with. Their first priority is to make sure the customer gets what they want. Amazon is awesome.

I order so much from this company. The only improvement it needs is that it sometimes it takes longer to get the items than stated. Example: I ordered an item on Prime and time stated was 2 days, but it was delivered to my post office and they delivered 2 days after I should have received it.

I love the simplicity of amazon. With one search you can find anything from their massive warehouses. My only complaint about amazon is their return labels. I would like amazon to include a return label within your purchase. They waste your time going and printing a return label yourself.

I love the free 2-day shipping with Amazon Prime. It is annoying when there's something that is Prime eligible, but you have to buy a certain quantity. But not enough to change my overall opinion of loving the service.

You can find basically anything on here for any price. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what will be quality products, but you can always go through the reviews and see what your getting. There’s also so many filters you can apply to your search to really narrow down to what exactly you want. It’s definitely worth it to be a prime member to get the faster, free shipping. I’ve never had a problem making returns either.

I purchased a fios router G1100 last July and used it for half a year, my internet carrier Verizon recently claimed that the router I purchased from Amazon is from a illegal vendor which i did not know , so I called amazon and made a complain, I got a instantly reply from amazon custom service to offer me to return the used router.

We have only had good experiences using Amazon. Their prices age good on a large variety of items. The billing seems safe and when we have needed to return items, there was no problem. They offer good customer service when it is needed and I can't see any reason we won't continue to use them as a "first choice" for on-line purchases.
