We have used them close to 10 times. NEVER a problem, except ONCE.. Let's just say, before you drive off the lot, stand on the door frame and check the hood of your car for any dings or such and POINT THEM OUT!!

Rented a car due to a car accident and the insurance company was suppose to cover it, Enterprise billed me and took three months before they admitted to the fact that the insurance company DID IN FACT pay for the rental. Will never use Enterprise again.

I would not use enterprise again. Rented a car in Florida and drove the car less then a mile only to find out that the car was making a horrible knocking sound and the steering was out of balance. It was also dirty so it clearly wasn’t cleaned. We brought the car back immediately and the girl who rented the car to us initially treated us as if we did the damage and gave me an attitude. I spoke to a manager about her attitude and their over priced unchecked cars between rentals and was eventually given a new car since it was not our fault.
