Smallest Portable Oxygen Concentrator
The AirSep Focus is the lightest portable oxygen concentrator available today. It weighs 1.75 pounds, making it highly portable and ideal for an active lifestyle. With its compact and ergonomic design, the medical device is an attractive choice for consumers looking for a lightweight, reliable product. It has a 4-hour battery life which can be lengthened by purchasing an external, wearable battery pack.
Educational Resources
Caire Medical’s website also includes resources for those living with COPD and learning how to use an oxygen concentrator. It includes a FAQ section with commonly-asked concentrator questions.
Financing Available
Portable oxygen concentrators can be expensive. Caire offers financing through PayPal Credit to help customers create a payment plan for their products. The unit might be eligible for no interest repayment if the purchase is paid in full in six months.
The Bad
- Limited Continuous Flow Options
Limited Continuous Flow Options
While Caire’s Companion home concentrator and Eclipse portable oxygen concentrator offer continuous flow, products in the Freestyle Family are pulse flow only, meaning they do not deliver a continuous stream of air. Patients who require continuous flow oxygen may not be pleased with their options, as the Eclipse portable concentrator is a sizeable weight.
The Bottom Line
Caire Medical provides innovative oxygen therapy solutions at a decent price, and they have a longstanding history in the business. We recommend Caire Medical for those who prefer a trusted brand for their medical needs.
