PetSmart sells dog food that was recalled! I just discovered that the dog food (Hill's) that I bought had been recalled months prior to my purchase! Pay attention to the recalls and do NOT trust PetSmart to sell you safe products! Very distressing!

PetSmart has great products, but I think it's overpriced. I could find most of these same products at Walmart for a fraction of the price.

I wasn't as impressed with their online offerings. Their selection of doggy sweaters was limited. I have a small dog and they didn't have as good of a selection in his size.

PetSmart is a great store but the drawback is price. I have found that the same products can easily be found on other online retailers. Good products, just bad prices.

I frequently go into Petsmart on 24th Oregon the boy that waited on me.... let me tell you how rude ignorant he was. I spoke he didn’t. Today is 9/16/19. Someone needs to school him on etiquette behavior in work place.

Took my pet to get groomed here and didn't have a great experience with this. Gave them specific directions of how I wanted the dog cut and they completely ignored it and did what they wanted. Have never been back.
