We've also appreciated the partnership with Banfield, as we bring our dog into the back of their store for all our dogs checkups and medical needs.

When I was on their site looking at puppy classes, I felt like the experience wasn't as seemless and user friendly as it should have been. The info was there, I just couldn't find it right away. But beyond that, the merchandise is easy to locate on the site.

I have only used pet smart a few times and while it was fine unfortunately didn't really feel like I was able to get any super deals that I couldn't get by just going to the store. the best thing was just that, I didn't have to make a drive to the store and the items I needed were available online. I think ill watch more closely for any online deals that I may have missed and see how that goes.

Over all I love Petsmart. Anytime I need a new calf shinbone this is where I’m able to find it. It’s the only store around that has the kind that our dog likes. Staff is always friendly stores are all the set up easy the online function is super easy to use.

We shop at PetSmart regularly. They have the brands we like and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the products (beds, bowls, toys, etc) are a little more expensive that what I can find at stores like Ross or TJMax, but we always buy our food at Petsmart.

Petsmart is a great place to get all the things you need for your pet and they will most likely always have what you need. I got a fish there for my siblings and they still have it now and still go back to get new gravel and props for the tank

I just went to a Pet Smart for the first time today. I went to a store in Bellevue, WA because it is closer to where I am staying. Workers in there were not friendly. the cashier was attentive though. I didn't find what I was looking for, so I asked for help, and this person just said "I don't know. You can just go to and see." Later, I learned that this person was the manager!! I honestly don't intend to go there again. The prices are similar to Amazon, and I don't need to deal with grumpiness.

We adopted a cat from their store and we’re not given ANY health history- it was emailed later however, it failed to tell us she was sick. She had a virus; 3 days later she became really ill. $600..00 later she is still not well and will most likely will be hospitalized adding $800.00 to our bill. The ER tech told us this is how PetSmart on Hulen treats their pets- she has first hand experience with them.

The website is aweful. Log in, make selection and it logs you out. The recent change to the grooming disenfectant changes left irritation on the neck of my pet where their grooming collar is used.

The fish. I bought 1 Albino pleco for alage. My tank had been thriving healthy for years without any purchases of new fish, I personally breed and raised all I had from 1 day old fry. This 1 PetSmart fish killed my entire population with ick white spots, the ick medication didn't even have a chance to work before they were all dead. I will NEVER EVER suggest PetSmart store seeing on how they clearly will never offer healthy fish. Goodbye to my years of fish breeding dedication, f'you you petsmart!

This has been the worst experience with a store of this size ever. Dont buy on line from them. When i returned purchase to the store as instructed i was not given anything to confirm my return although i asked repeatedly. I still have not gotten a refund even after calling customer service 3 times. Called today and learned it had not even been processed. I will never do business with them again. Poor service. The worst!

Took my adorable little 5 pound shihtzu/yorkie mix to Petsmart for a haircut last year, and came home with what looked like a bald rat. I specifically told them to just give him a trim, but for some reason they to do the exact opposite and completely shave him. I now cut my dog's hair myself, rather than paying $60 bucks to have Petsmart ruin his flow.

I saw a couple cheap things i wanted so i put them in my basket and continued shopping. I place my order for 9 things totaling $30. I then get an email saying that the items i purchased is no longer available. I then ask to cancel my order and was told that i could. They even sent me an email saying my order was cancelled. Now i receive an email stating that my "partial order" is on its way. So these guys enticed me with cheap dog toys and only send the expensive ones. This is/or should be illegal.

Petsmart online is just as good as in-store petsmart. They have countless items, sometimes more than in-store. They also have great deals and coupons that are online only. The webpage does lag sometimes and prices can be inflated.

Horrible customer service. Also they cut my dog in 2 places while they groomed him and didn’t tell me about it. I got a discount off my bill and got refunded the rest but I would not recommend anyone to take their dog there to get groomed.
