Free 1-2 Day Shipping on Orders Over $49
For customers looking to buy pet supplies from Concord Pet’s website should take advantage of the free 1-2 day shipping on orders over $49. This is useful, especially for pet owners purchasing large bags of dog or cat food or any other larger pet product.
Variety of Pet Services
Concord Pet stores offer a variety of pet services for pet parents. However, pet owners should be aware that the services are not available at every location.
- In-Store Dog Wash: Pet owners can bring in their pets to the Concord Pike and West Chester locations and use the in-store dog wash. The dog wash stations are easy-to-use and come with shampoo and a built-in dryer. Pet owners will have to bring their own towels, however.
- Low-Cost Vaccination Clinic: Concord Pet knows how important it is to keep up-to-date on all vaccinations and offers low-cost vaccination clinics.
- Local Delivery: The Concord Pet Milford Crossing location now offers local delivery within a 15-mile radius. All items have to be paid for over the phone or in person before delivery.

Available Specials
A section of the Concord Pet store website is dedicated to special offers. Customers should check the website to see what offers are valid before purchasing an item either online or in-store.
In-Store Events
Pet parents wanting to attend training sessions, adoption events, vaccination clinics, or any other events should check out the Concord Pet events page. The website includes a list of events, including location, dates, and times.
The Bad
- Retail Location Complications
- Local Delivery Limitations
Retail Location Complications
Concord Pet Food and Supplies only has physical retail locations in the following states:
- Delaware
- Pennsylvania
- New Jersey
- Maryland
This isn’t a huge problem because Concord Pet products are available online. It does pose a problem for customers outside of these states who would like to visit the store in-person. Also, only two of the retail locations offer the in-store dog wash. Customers interested in using the dog wash will have to travel to a location with the service or take their pet elsewhere for this kind of service.
Local Delivery Limitations
It is nice to see Concord Pet offering local delivery; however, the service is pretty limited. As of now, the only location offering local delivery is the Milford Crossing store in Delaware. Also, the delivery has to be within 15 miles of Milford Crossing.
The Bottom Line
Concord Pet has plenty of pet supplies for cats and dogs. With the free shipping on orders over $49, specials offered to help pet parents keep to a budget, and a low-cost vaccination clinic, Concord Pet helps pet owners save on pet costs. The company also provides a variety of in-store events for pets and their owners to attend.
Keep in mind — Concord Pet only has retail locations in four states, so customers wanting to visit the store or take advantage of the company’s services might have to travel to the nearest location. Also, the local delivery service isn’t as extensive as other online pet stores. It is only available for one Concord Pet location and only within a 15-mile radius.
