They are affordable reliable and knowledgeable. They handled the bug home invasion from inside out and provided preventative treatment and follow up until the issue was uder control. Definitely worth my Hard earned money. Highly recomend.

Very disappointed! Told by technician when they would be at my home. Took the day off to be home. When I called to check on the appointment, I was told there was no appointment and there was nothing they could do! There is ALWAYS a way to honor your commitment. Guess they don’t care. Would never recommend.

Used this company for pest control for over 25 years in 4 houses. Their service is good and we don’t have any pest issues while using their service. In house and outside check is also on time. Only one complaint is sometimes the tech come to your house without notice.

Terminix had no problem to send their "salesperson" within 48hrs. They charge your credit card $1,200 and "promise" 1 year service. But then their pest control guys don't show up for the service call - twice now !!. John in RI tells me to wait for him on a Friday and on a second occasion on a Monday between 1-5pm.....I had taken time out of work....and he did not bother to show up. I won't recommend this company !!
