I like how they come when they say they will. I like that they call and let you know they are on the way. I like that they are very polite and explain everything to you. I like that they let you pick morning or afternoon because then you are not waiting all day. Lastly, I think they are very thorough. Good company.

Told serviceman that stink bugs were a persistent problem. He asked where they were coming in. We said if we knew that we would have fixed the problem. He then started to spray inside our house. I stopped him and said we want to stop/kill the bugs before they enter the house, not once they’re inside. Not impressed with his performance even a little bit.

Very disappointed! Told by technician when they would be at my home. Took the day off to be home. When I called to check on the appointment, I was told there was no appointment and there was nothing they could do! There is ALWAYS a way to honor your commitment. Guess they don’t care. Would never recommend.

Winner: Orkin. Although both companies provide moisture control to both prevent damage to the home as well as invasion from the likes of termites, ants, and other pests, Orkin wins the category by also providing treatment to both the lawn and the attic. In short, if you're looking for whole house protection that extends beyond pest control (e.g. weed control, energy efficiency upgrades, etc.), Orkin may be the better option.
