Did not perform service as listed/expected. Only sprayed fence line. Expectation was for entire yard to be sprayed for flees. Manager at company said I should see a decrease of flees in 2 weeks. If not, call them back. Cancelled my quarterly contract. Not paying for service not performed.

Horrible service. Nothing works at all. I had services done over and over and no results. Their customer service is extremely bad and have to wait on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and then you end up leaving a message and no one calls back. Never sign up for their service.

Today, a technician came out to my place today, Kiara L, it was raining which I am ok with, but she did not call, so I could open my back, so she did no treat my back yard, I am paying to much money for this to happen, it’s totally unacceptable. When will someone come and treat my backyard?

This is the 1st time I’ve encountered a problem with my service. Charged for a service that I did not receive, called the Adaptive number, received a call back, where I was told the technician may have gone to the wrong property and I would get a phone call for rescheduling.

Knowledgeable technician but was not following social distancing nor wearing a mask in consideration of the current pandemic. I questioned why he was using a mask.

It's very unsatisfactory service. The guy came and left without my notice even I told him to let me know before he left, and he actually did a very poor job: he did not bring enough traps for mice to put on the attic and did not clean the outside as the required performance. I definitely do not recommend this company for pest control service.

Once you sign a contract there is no longer customer service. Show up when they want no schedule flexibility. They will text you the day before. Then not respond to calls or emails and show up first thing the next morn to make sure they can charge you. Tech Spent 12 minutes on my property

The technician didn’t go to the right house. Didn’t even knock to verify to tell anyone anything. When I requested a reservice, the DC office has been completely unresponsive and will not answer the phone to respond to emails.

The tech arrived yesterday as seen on my front door security camera. I he never made it around the house to get picked up on the other 2 security cameras. He never showed up on any other camera video after initially coming to the door and finding that we were not home. Very poor service. Please contact me as I want to end my service.

We did not receive any notice they were coming. They just showed up. My cleaning lady was the only one at the house and he said they sent an email which I have not received. Please send a notice next time. Also every time I call the office and ask robot to speak to customer service rep, it hangs up on me.
