We had special instructions when making our appt for the technician to call us before arriving. Did he call? Nope. Who knows if he treated our problem areas that were also noted during the initial appt scheduling either. Not impressed!

Wish I was home to see what areas were treated. Please have the Technician come back to my home. But this time, have Aptive to call in advance to schedule the visit so I'm home to see what areas are being treated so I can monitor any bug activity in that area. Please advise the soonest. Mr. Bush

The New Berlin, Wisconsin branch is a scam. I am a current customer and they have ignored all of my calls and they keep hanging up on me, and wont answer any of my messages and are in breach of contract. I have been very polite. I don't know what else to do other than to leave a message on this website.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Horrible customer service, actually no customer service really. They don't answer emails or phone calls. Their "services" don't work and then they don't answer calls to have them come back out. This must be a joke.

Great service if you can actually fully use the service. Ususally get 24 hours notice before appts, long phone times to schedule appts that may or may not happen. Techs are always police and knowledgeable.

I didn't like that the technician was not wearing a mask. I told him he couldn't come in without a mask. He mumbled something but refused to put on mask.I told him I didn't want your service then.. He left but I was still charged $99.!!! I want to cancel my service.

I was not informed of the visit! There was no appointment! The tech did not perform the service! I was charged without authorization! if there were overdraft fees from my bank would you have paid them? I asked the tech to send the same guy who performed the initial treatment. I was not informed of the visit!

Guess you get what you pay for. I have had great experience with Edge. This service was not so good. I have had nothing but insect issues since you were here. I feel like you put more in the yard. I don’t even think they did my backyard. Nobody asked me to unlock the gate. And it was done way to quickly to be done well for my size house.

They made a lot of promises in the beginning and made it sound like I was getting a great deal. Price went from $99 a service to $129 when I received the contract. They advertise free reservices but just ignore them when you request. I would stick with a more established pest control company.

Aptive took $89 out of my checking account when they were not authorized to do so. I have been trying to get that money back for 15 day. 11 phones, 5 voicemail messages, submitted a claim to the BBB & a letter to the CEO of Aptive.....ad of today no credit has been issued !!

I am sure you did a fine job but I have absolutely no evidence except a card that you were there. I am sorry that your company practices shady policies and I no longer am a client of Aptive and wish the best for you, the technician. Aptive has my extremely low approval rating.

It was pouring down rain when the technician arrived, and I didn't see him ever get out. He parked directly in front of my house. I work from home and never saw him get out of his car. I have six cameras around my house, and not one got him minimally walking my property or doing any service.
